The Resurrection of Jesus
Mark 16:6
But he said to them, "do not be alarmed. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid Him.

Hallelujah Jesus has risen!!!  
Praise the Lord O my soul, Christ is Risen. You are the Alpha and Omega the beginning and the end. Jesus You are the Messiah, who regien over the earth and all that is in it. Praise to You my God and King, Holy are You, Worthy are You, my heart is overwhelmed with joy at the great and glorious thing You have done, overcoming death and disease, putting the enemy under Your feet. Jesus You who are King of kings and Lord of lords are my Savior, Redeemer, and Deliver, I adore You Jesus. You are Emmanuel, God with us! Mighty to save, Lord You are the Bright and Morning star, heaven is Your throne and earth Your footstool for You are the  Lamb who laid down Your life to call us friend. The Shepard, the Light, the Bread, the Door and the Vine there is none above the Great I Am, who is victorious and robed in white. I love You Lord and desire to worship and bless You all my days. Praise to You my God and King. Lord here is my little tattered heart it is all I have and it is Your. Jesus I made You a crown, I hope You like it. See it has all my relationship, home, finances, my health, I hope You like it for all that I have is Yours. I lay it at Your feet, my Beloved who's is beautiful and walks in peace. Praise You Jesus, only You are worthily of all my praise, may it be a sweet sound in Your ear. I say it again I Love You Lord Jesus with all my heart, mind, soul and strengthen, may I love my neighbors as You have loved. Amen

Mark 15:46
Then he bought fine linen, took Him down, and wrapped Him in the linen. And he laid Him in a tomb which has been hewn out of the rock, and rolled a stone against the door of the tomb.

Dear Heavenly Father, It is very difficult and causes me great grief to image My Savior lifeless laying encased in cold stone breathless. But what grieves me even more is knowing there could be a part of my heart that is still dead. Father I believe that Christ lives in me, Father I ask that by the power of Your Holy Spirit You would reveal to me any area of lifelessness covered by harden stones that need to be rolled away, where resurrection needs to take place, being brought to new life.  Lord forgive me for dressing up my body in fine clothes but carrying the grief of death inside, the mourning of the loss of my mother, the grief of unfulfilled dreams, the disappointment of hope deferred. Father I pray for those who are grieving and mourning the loss of loved one, that Your perfect peace would be upon them. Lord I pray that You would make beauty from ashes. Lord heal the broken hearted with a touch from Your loving pierced hand. Lord may all those who hurt find hope in You. Lord Jesus thank You for bearing all of my sins, shame, sickness and more on the cross. My life before I met You was dark and empty, You Lord are my hope and my joy, my every ready help in time of need. Thank You for loving me so much, for desiring something far better for me then I could ever imagine. You laid down Your life, a holy and pure life for a wretched sinner like me. Bless You Lord for the gift of life everlasting.  Lord Jesus You are my fairytale ending my Prince of Peace who comes riding on His white horse in clouds of glory, reign in me O' God.  Jesus I love You. May my life reborn be a reflection of  of Your mercy and grace, In the beautiful name of Jesus, Amen

Mark 14:72
A second time the rooster crowed, Then Peter called to mind the word that Jesus had said to him, "Before the rooster crows twice, you will deny Me three times." And when he thought about it, he wept.

Dear Holy Father who is in Heaven,
As I read this scripture I weep as well. Far more times than Peter I have denied Jesus before friends and family, and the people I meet daily. I miss opportunities to share Your love. Or keeping my mouth closed when I know the truth of a situation. Hiding Your Light within me instead of shining it into the darkness of an other's life. Forgive me Lord for the transgressions that have hurt You. Have mercy on me. May Your name be hallowed in all I do and say. Lord may Your kingdom come into my life as it is peaceful and beautiful in heaven. Lord I surrender all so that Your will may be done in and through me. Lord Jesus You are my daily bread and my desire is to be nourished by You. You Jesus are my cup and portion. Lord I am so grateful for Your forgiveness may I share that forgiveness with those who have hurt me. Father I pray that I would not be tempted or led by evil but by Your Spirit be delivered from it, for I want to live free to dance, praise and rejoice in my Savior, Christ the King.  Your word says whom the Son sets free is free indeed. Father I pray that each one of the dear people You have so lovingly blessed my life with may they be blessed to live and abide in You, for thine is the Kingdom, Power and Glory forever. Lord I pray that You protect them, cover them in the precious blood of Jesus, the only One worthy of praise and honor. In the name of the Lamb of God, Amen

Mark 14:29

Peter said to Him, "Even if all are made to stumble, yet I will not be."

Dear Heavenly Father, Forgive me. Lord as I look back over my walk with You, I shudder to think at the times I have stumbled and even fallen. My mind and pride would have me think it not so, but Your Spirit knows better. Father thank you for sending Your most beautiful precious, one and only Son to cleanse me, You have washed my feet. And yes, Lord much like Peter I desired for You to wash me entirely. More and more I realize how very much I need You, in every way every day. Your kindness truly does lead me to repentance. Father, I pray Your loving hand continually molds and shapes me, refine me with Your fire, make me into a vessel of holiness to be used by You and for Your glory. Lord, forgive me for my pride that says yeah, I could lay my life down for another, but my hands continue to hold on to desires of this world. Father, I pray that all of me would come under Your submission and authority today, hold my hand, whisper in my ear what I should do or say. Lord, I pray that I wouldn't deny You before anyone, but instead be as John crying out in the desert, prepare the way of the Lord, the One I am unworthy to untie His sandal, but He has called me friend. Lord, use me today to bring refreshing on to others who are in the wilderness. May I go out into the world with my cup overflowing with Your Holy Spirit to quench their thirst. Father, I pray that I would not cause another to stumble and forgive those who have stumbled in my life. Jesus may I be as You and turn the other cheek, with eyes fixed on Your Father and the life to come. Lord, I pray that You would bless and keep my loved ones safe, open their eyes this morning to see Your glorious face waiting to greet them. May Your peaceful presence fill their lives as they go about their daily rounds. Jesus, I love You, in Your name I pray. Amen

Mark 14:2
But they said,
"Not during the feast, lest there be an uproar of the people.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You for Your unending love. For Your tender mercies and abundant graciousness. Holy Father forgive me for the plans of my own mind. The times when I want to avoid reaction from others who would keep me accountable, hedged and upright. Lord I pray that I would continually be transformed by Your word. Even in the smallest detail. Let nothing be hidden from You. May my life be so transparent that the world around me only see the Light of Your love. May it not be hidden under a basket but for all to behold. Father I pray all that I do and say would bring peace to those around me but Father I also pray that it would be truth that falls from my lips and not people pleasing or ear tickling. Lord I pray that the love of Christ be real and apparent in my life during this Holy week all the days that follow. Lord I pray for my brothers and sisters that You would hedge them and protect them in all they do today. I pray Lord Your Light and Love would shine through them as well. May we come together and rejoice over the great and wonderful thing that Christ has done for us. Father I pray as Your body we would stand firm and confront those who scheme and plan again You, the ones who say they love You, but their hearts are far from You, doing deceitful things in the dark. Father may the words we speak pierce that darkness setting them free by Your mercy and grace only given through Your Son Jesus. Father bless Your family today, hear their prayer. Bless You Lord for filling us today with Your Holy Spirit, stir up the gift in us to do mighty things for Your kingdom and Your glory in Jesus most beautiful name, may we lift Him high, Amen.

Mark 12:44
"for they all put in out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty put in all that she had, her whole livelihood."

Dear Heavenly Father,
Forgive me for holding on to much of my self, my wants, my desires and only giving You a portion of me.  John the Baptist said You must increase and he must decrease, the same is true for me. Lord I want to give You all that I have, my heart, body, mind and all my worldly goods, Jesus have Your way, be glorified, make something beautiful out of the resources I call my life. Father, I don't want to wait till my hour of great need to cry out, I cry out to You now, I surrender all. Jesus I pray that You would use me today to wash the feet of Your people, serving them as needed whether in word or deed, magnify Your Spirit in me to be a blessing to others. Lord You are my livelihood, the give of the breathe I breath. Anoint my lips and the lips of Your people to give to others out of the abundance of Your Holy Bible that You freely have given to us. Lord may many captives be set free, many sick be healed and many names be written in the Lambs book of life. Father I pray, You would send the saints to be a blessing to Your saints.  Father quicken the Holy Spirit in us to do Your will, loving You with all our hearts, minds, souls and strength and loving our neighbors as ourselves not given what we are comfortable giving but giving all that we have. May it reap a great reward for Your kingdom. Father send Your love upon Your children, protect them, and bless them with the deepest desires of our hearts, to be with You daily, knowing how deep, high, long Your love is for us. I love You Lord, and bless Your Holy name Jesus, Amen

Mark 12:3
And they took him and beat him and sent him away empty-handed.

Dear Heavenly Father,
I love Your Holy Word. Thank You that You have written it on my heart to share with others. Lord sometimes I feel discourage and beaten as it seems after sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with family, friends or strangers, I return to You empty-handed. Forgive me Lord when I step out before the Holy Spirit leads or guides. Lord may I rest knowing that Your Word does not come back void but accomplishes that in which it was sent. Father thank You for calling me Your own, giving me shelter and rest. Bless You Lord Jesus for healing me of the hurt that unclean, lost souls have inflicted on me, I forgive them and ask that You forgive them, Father, for they know not what they do. Father thank You for an even deeper revelation of what Your Son endured before His Crucifixion. I pray Lord for all my unsaved loved ones, that they would come to the knowledge that Jesus died and rose again for their sins so they too may be raised to new life in Him and be filled with Your Spirit, may they surrender their hearts. Thank You Lord that every good and perfect gift comes from above. Lord, as I put on the full armor, I pray to walk in Your peace, be covered in Your precious blood to go out and do Your will bringing glory, honor and praise to You, my Lord and Savior Jesus, in Your name I pray. Amen

Palm Sunday

The Triumphal Entry

MARK 11:2
And He said to them, "Go into the village opposite you; and as soon as you have entered it you will find a colt tied, on which no one has sat. Loose it and bring it."

Dear Heavenly Father,
You have sent Your One and only Son to triumph over all. Jesus You are welcome in my life to rule and reign. Father forgive me for the times I buck and bray and can be very untamed,  demanding my own way. Lord Jesus only You can calm my wild heart.  I pray that You will fill me with Your Spirit of gentleness. Lord I thank You for all You have so freely given me. May I throw my jacket of pride, and self sufficiency at Your feet, wave my palms high crying out Hosanna!, Hosanna in the highest! Blessed is He who come in the name of the Lord! Jesus You are the worthy Lamb that my heart desires to bow to.  Father I pray that this Holy week would bring much triumph in my life as well as those who love You. Father lead me to the cross where Your love was poured out. May my heart be surrendered to Your good and perfect will. Keep all Your sweet children safe. Protected them from harm, calm their anxious hearts, grant peace to their minds. Holy Father may I continually seek You in Your Word and there I will find You. May I be obedient to do all You ask of me, even if it is to go and untie a mule, may I not ask why but trust that it will bring something great and glorious to honor Your precious name. Jesus thank You for Your loving kindness, unending mercy and grace.  In the Name of Christ my Lord, Amen
