Exodus 15:1

Then Moses and the children of Israel sang this song to the Lord and spoke, saying:
I will sing to the Lord, For He has triumphed gloriously! The horse and its rider He has thrown into the sea!

Lord Jesus You are my strength and my song. You have become my salvation and the salvation of my offspring for generations to come! You have brought us in and planted us by the streams of Your living water, in the mountain of Your inheritance. Our children and children's children will not be left begging for bread. Your mercies oh Lord, will lead forth all those You have graciously redeemed. Guiding us with Your strength to Your holy habitation. Father how we Your sons and daughters rejoice and sing for You triumph gloriously not only in our lives granting us favor but to our sons and daughters. You throw the horse and rider that comes in the form of sickness and disease, addiction, pride, darkness and depression, self-loathing and doubt into the sea! You Jesus are the risen King and and the reason for my singing!! No weapon formed against me or my household shall prosper but You return it to the sender with increase, destroying the work of the enemy. No deceiving spirit may whisper into Your beloved families ears, for I shall say it again the horse and its rider have been cast into sea! The evil one has sank to the bottom as a stone. You Lord are a man of war, always victorious, always interceding for us, always faithful, kind and compassionate hearing the prayers of Your people on behalf of their loved ones. For in the greatness of Your excellence You have overthrown those who rose/rise up against You and Your dear ones that You have chosen and called. Who is like You, Oh Lord, among the gods? NONE, NO NOT ONE!!! Jesus You are our great God and King may our lips sing praises to You and our words exalt and magnify You to all we know and are yet to meet. Jesus thank You for stretching out Your righteous right hand over the sea that is turbulent and tossing Your children about, calm the waters that seem to want to overtaken us sweeping us away in worry, confusion, fear and anxiety. For we need not be anxious for anything, just with prayer, supplication, and thanksgiving letting our request be known to You for You are faithful and just and will do it. Jesus, I love You and know in my heart of hearts many, many, many around the world love You too. You reign.  Amen.

Romans 8:35

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

Thank You Father for the absolute security I have that NOTHING shall or can separate me from Your love! Neither death nor life, nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any created thing, shall be able to separate Your children from Your love which is found in Christ Jesus. Lord, let me bask in the beauty, glory and light of this truth. May it penetrate our hearts bringing forth peace and rest. I pray Lord we will not hop on the train of run away thoughts that take us to an unknown destination far from Your love and truth. Thank You. Amen.

Luke 24:5

Then they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead?"

Hallelujah, Jesus! You are risen! I pray for this truth to saturate ever part of my being. Forgive me Lord for at times I search for You among the dead. But You are alive!!! Forgive me Lord for standing outside the empty tomb, pondering instead of rejoicing in the marvelous gift of rebirth in You. I am a new creation in You, Christ Jesus. The old has passed away and the new has come. You have overcome the world. Forgive us Lord when we spend our time walking among the dead thoughts of doubt, fear, anxiety and worry. Oh, that we should not be wise in our own eyes but love and adore You for that is health to our flesh and strength to our bones. Bless You Lord for Your angel who declare to the shepherds, do not be afraid, for behold for in the city of David You the Savior of the world was born, oh what glad tidings of comfort and joy. And even greater joy came when Your angels declared even though man had crucified You, You rose again in glory and victory. Glory to You God in the highest for You have brought peace and goodwill to all who believe You are Jesus, Messiah. Lord, I want to love, honor and serve You, not only today but for all the days of my life. You are the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the bright and morning star, and my best friend! I love You Jesus, Amen.

Luke 6:38

Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put in your bosom. For with the same measure you use, it will be measured back to you.

Father, your word says; happy is the man who is always reverent, but he who hardens his heart will fall into calamity. You have promised, blessed is the man who walks not in the council of the ungodly, but delights in You. Jesus, You have taught us blessed are the poor, blessed are those who hunger, blessed are those who weep and blessed are those who are hated, excluded, reviled and cast out for Your name's sake, for indeed the reward in heaven is great! But woe to those who do not forgive, for they shall not be forgiven. Oh, Lord, may we forgive with generous proportions as You have so generously forgiven us. By the power of Your Holy Spirit living in Your children may we be quick to forgive in good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over. Father, none of us are worthy for we all have sinned against You, but Your love so amazing and divine runs over us cleansing us from all unrighteousness when we seek Your forgiveness, You withhold not one good thing. You bless us with an inheritance into Your kingdom, fill us to overflow, turn our tears to laughter so we may rejoice and leap for joy, for indeed the reward is great in heaven! So, Father, I pray we judge not as not to be judge knowing we all fall short of Your glorious standard. I pray we condemn not, so as not to be condemned. Lord, may we remember to judge nothing until Your return, because You will bring light to the hidden things of darkness and reveal the counsels of the heart. Ah, then each one's praise will come directly from You. Lord, I pray that sinners would run to You to be cleansed, becoming as one without spot or blemish. What a glorious Christmas gift to receive. In Your name Jesus I pray, Amen.

Acts 5:29

But Peter and the other apostles answered and said: We ought to obey God rather than men."

Heavenly Father,
I just want to thank you this morning for Your Holy Spirit that lives in me. What joy to live in obedience to all You have commanded us to do. To spread the good news of Your beautiful, precious and gracious Son Jesus Christ. What an honor and privilege to be Your witness and testify to the great and merciful thing He has done. The opportunity share the good news to our families, friends, acquaintances, and strangers. Lord this is pure joy to me, living in accordance to Your ways and walking in the center of Your good and perfect will. Jesus may I have the boldness to go to the ends of the earth to touch the lives who are living in darkness, may Your Light be shone forth bringing glory to You the only One worthy. Jesus thank You for laying down Your life for me so I may live with You forever. You have promised to teach the sinners the way, for Your path is one of mercy and truth. Your loving kindness is before my eyes. Because You have redeemed me, I shall walk in Your truth. May I go about proclaiming with a voice of thanksgiving telling of Your wondrous works. Lord, I love the habitation of Your house and the place where Your glory dwells. May Your children continually walk in integrity. May our feet stand in even places and in the congregation we shall bless You, Lord Jesus our great God and King. Amen.

Luke 7:35

"But wisdom is justified by all her children."

Dear Lord,
May my lips utter pure knowledge, and may my words come from an upright heart. Almighty God, You give me life. Set Your words in order before me, and may I be Your spokesmen. Many Lord have said they are pure, without transgression, thinking they are innocent, that there is no iniquity to be found in them. I too have often thought this very thing. Forgive me. Let not our enemies that are in the form of pride, selfishness, and un-forgiveness triumph over us. You Lord have given a heritage to all those who fear Your name, Jesus. You have promised; blessed are those who keep Your ways, may we be wise Lord and not disdain it. You have promised Jesus who ever finds You, finds life and obtains favor from You Lord. Those who sin against You wrongs their own souls, for those who hate You love death. Jesus, who is wise? Let them understand these things. Who is prudent? Let them know them. Your ways Lord are right, and the righteous walk in them. But transgressors stumble in them. Lord let me count it all joy when I fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of my faith produces patience, and when patience has its perfect work, I am perfected and complete, lacking nothing. Father, I pray for anyone lacking wisdom, may they only just ask You, because You give liberally and without reproach. Let us asking in faith, without doubting. You have taught us, those who doubt are like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways. Those who are Your elect, holy and beloved shall put on tender mercies, kindness, meekness and long suffering so we may bear with one another, forgiving one another, even as You Jesus Christ have forgiving us. Above all these things Lord, may we put on love, which is the bond of perfection. May Your peace rule in our hearts to which we are called to one body and be thankful. May wisdom be justified by all Your children. Just as if we have never sinned. Lord Jesus may all glory and honor be Yours forever and ever. Amen.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Praise God from whom all blessings flow,
Praise Him all creatures here below.
Praise Him all ye heavenly hosts,
Praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost.

Let us rejoice and be glad for this is the day the Lord has made. Dear Jesus I have so much to be thankful for, my cup runneth over! I have peace because You are in control of all things. I rejoice because You have so generously giving me a loving family, dear sweet friends, an incredible church family, Bible study companions that overflow with the gifts of Your Spirit. Love, peace and joy abound in those all around me. Kindness and gentleness are a soothing touch, while faithfulness and long-suffering pour out in generous portions. And all in all You have granted Your precious children self-control. Jesus thank You for victory in trails, grace when we fall and Your mercy that restores us when we stray off the narrow path. Oh, how Your kindness brings us to repentance. Your love a sweet reward. Father, I pray for those who mumble and grumble, murmurer and complain wipe the haze from their eyes, heal their broken hearts, and may they feast on the deliciousness of Your Word. Father, I pray for all those who mourn this day may Your Spirit comfort them restoring them to Your perfect peace. Father, I pray for those who have waited and waited for prayers to be answered may they find rest in You and be anxious for nothing, for You God are good. Lord for all those who are separated by miles, whether the physical or emotional draw them closer to You our refuge. Restore broken families, heart and battered souls may they have a joyful new song to sing that gives You thanks and praise, for You are the only One worthy. Jesus I love You with all my heart, mind, soul and strength. Thank You! Amen.

Psalm 101:2

I will behave wisely in a perfect way. Oh, when will You come to me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.

Dear Heavenly Father, my heart rejoices that Your eyes shall be on the faithful of the land, and we may dwell with You. In these times where trouble is all around, conflict, unrest and cruelty abound, I rest knowing You hear the prayers of Your children and our cry comes to You. We hate what You hate Lord. A perverse heart, one who secretly slanders his neighbor, a haughty look and proud heart. You will not no wickedness, for You are Holy. Let us not as Your children be unwise, but wise and behave in the perfect way, honoring You above all. You are a just God, who is merciful. Grant us an intense determination, not just a passing desire to walk in Your creation, that is our earthly home with a perfect heart. Let this example be a witness that bring a transformation in those who no not what they do. May the hearts of the evildoer come to repentance Lord, for You have warned if they do not seek forgiveness and put their hope and trust in You Jesus, they will be cut off from Your city. Because he who works deceit and evil will not dwell in Your house. Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me from Your presence or take Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, and grant me a willing spirit to sustain me. Then I will teach transgressors Your ways, so sinners will turn back to You. Open my lips Lord, and my mouth will declare Your praise. Jesus,be glorified in and through Your precious sons and daughters. May we reveal You, the Light of the world and the darkness will be no more. I love Your Lord Jesus and long for the day that all will see Your face. Amen.

John 16:33

"These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."

Blessed Savior, My Lord Jesus Christ, thank you that I may live in You and overcome the temptation and struggles of this world. I do not have to bow down to a wicked task master but only lift my head to see Your Risen glory! No striving for it has ceased. Just simply abiding in You. Holding fast to Your name Jesus and not denying my faith. Today as in everyday I stand on Your promise "whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and whoever is born of God overcomes the world. I believe, I believe, I believe and thank You for opening my eyes to the truth. Thank You for Your Spirit that has testified in accord with the water and the blood. Thank You for teaching me Lord that obeying You is a pleasure. I pray Father, for those who have yet to see and believe. Open their eyes, unstop their ears and circumcise their hearts. Father, forgive them for their unbelief. Claim them for Your kingdom. By the power of Your Spirit set them free from captivity. For whom Your Son sets free is free indeed. Thank Your Lord for hearing my plea. You have promised and grant all who trust in You have this confidence, that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us. It is not Your desire that any should perish but that all may come to You. Lord, I pray that all knees will bow and tongue confess Jesus is Lord before it is to late. Jesus, thank You in advance for the salvation of all my unsaved loved ones. May their be rejoicing in heaven at these sinners coming home. In Your mighty name, the name above all names, Jesus. Amen.

1 John 3:1

Behold, what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God!

Oh, Heavenly Father, what manner of love You have bestowed on us, even on the night that Jesus was betrayed, He loved. Recalling the time in my own life when I betrayed and denied You precious and beautiful Son, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the tremendous sacrifice He gave so I may be forgiven. I like John stand amazed of Your love. How deep, how wide, long and high it is that we should know it. Jesus there is no one in this world, including me who has open and out stretched arms to embrace even those who have disobeyed. But You Lord have nailed Yours to the the cross for sinners like me. I pray to be more willing to love the unlovable as You have shown great mercy and grace to me. Oh, how You love the weak and the strong including us in Your treasured family. How stark a contrast is Your love, for it is not of the world that only loves those who love them, but You love even those who do not love You. I pray Father, that no one deceives the little children, but may they practice righteousness. Your word says whoever is born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in them. Lord let truth abide in Your children who have heard and believe in You the risen King. Thank You for the anointing from the Holy One that we may know all things and discern the times. Help us to bear witness of the truth, not cowering in the corner. Father I pray for all those who are grieving over the lose of loved ones who have been stolen away by the evil one. May they run to You Jesus and find comfort in Your loving embrace. Father, grant wisdom, strength and power to those who defend the weak. Lead us Holy Spirit to conquer every form of wickedness. Father, we need You. In the mighty and powerful name of Jesus I pray and give thanks, Amen.

Ecclesiastes 5:5

It is better not to vow than to make a vow and not fulfill it.
Dear Heavenly Father,
How you have taught us that one small act of obedience is more pleasing to you than any grandiose promise that is never kept. And yet we your children vow to be better spouses, parents and children. We vow to work harder and do whats right, we pledge to quit the habits that are destroying our lives. And yet we fail time and time again. That which was voluntarily spoken from our lips which we promised to keep we have reneged. Although our hearts intended to show love and commitment to You our great God and King and to those in our lives, all the while thinking it would develop godliness in us, it has not. Oh, Father the freeing words Your precious and wise Son spoke "Let your yes be a yes and your no be a no". He warned us, for whatever is more than these is from the evil one. Father I pray by the power of Your Holy Spirit living within Your sons and daughters we would not let our mouths cause our flesh to sin for in the multitude of dreams and many words there is also vanity. You Lord take no pleasure in those who do all the right things for all the wrong reasons. I pray Lord Jesus for restrained lips and not to be rash with my mouth, let my words be few and well spoken. Let us heed the warning; a fool's voice is known by his many words. Lord Jesus forgive us as you have forgiven those who have gone before us. Like Peter who vowed to never deny You yet in his human frailty did so three times. Oh Lord, may we walk humble with You, listening closely and following in obedience doing the things that You desire for us to do. Ah, to know wisdom and instruction, to perceive Your holy Word with understanding. The fear of You Lord is the beginning of of knowledge, but it is the fool who does not stand in awe and reverence of You. Father I pray for Your church that it shall be like a tree planted by rivers of water bring forth its fruit in its season, who leaf will not wither and what ever it does will prosper. Rising up to let our yes be a yes and our no be a no. Father by Your Spirit keep us firm, not making vows, plans, promises we can not or should not keep. Jesus may our love and devotion be pure in simplicity, humble in service and peaceable in every offering. Thank You Lord for chastening those whom You so dearly love. In Your precious and beautiful name Jesus I pray, Amen.

2 Corinthains 5:17

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Dear Heavenly Father,
What a wonderful gift given through Your precious Son Jesus Christ, to become new. Father, as a believer I'm so thankful to be transformed into the likeness of Your Son. I rejoice in the joy that comes from living for You and serving others. Thank You for changing the way that I see the world by now looking at it through the eyes of faith. Thank You Father for blessing of the ministry of reconciliation. What a privilege to tell others of the Your wonders so they may be reconciled to You as well. Father, thank You for placing our sins on Your beautiful, faithful Son, who knew no sin. He is perfect in every way. Thank You for counting Jesus righteousness as our righteousness, when we ask forgiveness for our sin. It's just to awesome and wonderful to hold it in and not share it with the world. Thank You for loving me so much You gave Your Son as my ransom! Father, I pray to always be obedient to share this great gift with the world around me. I pray many, many, many will come to this life saving knowledge, that transforms us anew. Jesus, thank You for being You!!! So great and greatly to be praised!!! Amen.

Song of Solomon 2:13

The fig tree puts forth her green figs, And the vines with the tender grapes give a good smell. Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away!

Dear Jesus, You have called to me, to come away with You. Such a simple request, but I have delayed for far to many times, busy with the work of the day. Forgive me Lord, for not making You the highest priority. My soul long to walk with You in the cool of the day when cares are cast off like an apron when chores are completed. Lord, let me see Your face, and hear Your voice, for Your voice is sweet and Your face is lovely. You desire to bring me into Your banqueting house, with a banner over me that is love. How blessed am I, to be loved by the King of kings. You Jesus are like the most beautiful apple tree that stands out amongst the trees, robed in white and majesty. Lord, I settle down my heart to sit in Your shade with great delight. The fruit of Your word is so sweet to my taste, how it blesses me. You are the rose of Sharon, and the lily of the valleys, I desire nothing, but to be with You. Amen.
PS I love You!

Psalm 46:10

Be still, and know I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.

Truly Father, I should be anxious for nothing. Only to clap my hands, and shout with a voice of triumph. You Lord God Most High are awesome and nothing is to difficult for You. You are the great King over all the earth. Thank You Jesus for coming into my life, so I may be still. I love You, Amen.

Proverbs 22:7

The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Most certainly there is wisdom in Your Word. Ah, and the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Father, I am concerned for Your church, many have turned from the way that is right that leads to life that is abundantly rich with You. The worlds financial economies are on shaky ground and far to many are overextended in debt, which has caused them to be enslaved to the wicked task master of the creditor. Father, I pray for those who's financial houses are out of order, using there resources to serve and feed their own bellies, forgetting why they have been giving the blessings in the first place. Greed has over taken us. We repent of this now. Forgive those who have used their resources to live lavish lifestyle forgetting You bless, so as to be blessings to others. Forgive us for setting wrong priorities, lusting for more of material things rather then seeking our fill from You the One who satisfies. Forgive those who have foolishly gambled away, not preparing for the days ahead, and help them to return to a stead course. Father, so many lives are out of control, fixing their eyes on the bling and shine of things and they have not what is needed for basic necessities such as; food, housing costs, transportation or health care for themselves or their precious children. Oh, Lord how many have forgotten to seek You first and Your kingdom and all these things would be added unto them. Father, I pray all will turn and walk the narrow road that leads to life. Open the eyes of those who do not see their overspending is the way that leads to destruction before it is to late. Father, I pray we will be like the prudent man who sees danger and takes refuge, not be as the simple who keep going and pays the penalty. Father, may Your transforming power flow upon this nations to restore it to its call to be a beckon of hope and refuge to the world. Jesus we need You now, marantha. Amen.

Proverbs 17:17

A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.

Dear Lord,
How beautiful the determination Ruth showed towards Naomi. Stating wherever Noami would go she would go, and wherever Noami would lodge, she would lodge, Noami's people would be her people and Naomi's God would be her God. She was willing to die with Naomi. Oh, Lord how You blessed Ruth for her faithfulness. What a amazing example of friendship. Forgive me Lord for the times I have let friends down, or gotten angry when they had let me down. Transform my heart into one that is loyal, dependable and constant towards those You have bless me with. I have many faithful friends that have carried me during difficult time, whether it was the gift of hedging me in prayer, cooking a meal, rescuing me from various situations. Father, bless each one more than they could ever imagine. You know them and their needs, thank You for answering their personal prayers quickly. Many a sister have been born from adversity, and oh, Lord how I'm so very grateful! Ah, but there is one that is closer than a brother, You Beloved Jesus. There is none like You, never leaving, nor forsaking me. My sweet constant companion, I love You. May I follow Your example and heed Your words "A man who has friends must himself be friendly." So may I never drift from You. Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. How true Lord, of your children who co-labor together doing the work of spreading the gospel. Father, I lift up to You all those who long for friendships that are true, may they first be satisfied in a loving relationship with Your beautiful Son, Jesus, and then with sister and brothers who walk in Your ways. Father, heal the broken hearted who have been wounded by untrustworthy, callous, or self-absorbed so called friends. Restore them to step out an trust again, so they may know the gift of one who is there to lift them when they fall, to stand with them so they will not be overpowered by trials, sickness, or adversity. Father, You, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are the perfect threefold cord that is not broken, may we aspire to be so faithful to one another exemplifying Your nature. In Your name Jesus, I pray. Amen.

1 Thessalonians 1:2

We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers...

Dear Heavenly Father,

Father, bless Your daughters who tirelessly tend to their children whether they are young or old. Bless the ladies that walk in Your ways an are lovely examples of pure hearts, who love their families as well as their neighbors. Bless my sisters who continually intercede on behalf of their loved ones, especially the wayward, prodigal or physical ill, may they see the fruit of prayers answered. Father strengthen the women who are weary from burden bearing, may they cast their care upon You for You care so deeply for them. Father, bless those who are elderly in age, mature in the Spirit and frail in body, may they find rest and healing under the shadow of Your wings. Father thank You for all my brother and sisters, that have ministered, bless, encouraged, rebuke and corrected me over the years. May Your love fall sweetly upon them all, in the most generous of ways. Father bless the missionaries around the world who love as Your beautiful and perfect Son loves. May You grant them the deepest desire of their hearts, keep them strong and courage as they share the good news around the globe. May their fruit feed many and their leaves heal those who are hurting. In Jesus name I give thanks and pray, Amen.

1 Corinthians 10:31

Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

Dear Lord,
Oh that we should set our minds on things above, where You are, not on things on the earth. Lord I love You and acknowledge You as God. Jesus I thank You for the gift to be hidden in You. Knowing You and receiving Your abounding love and mercy makes it easy to give You thanks in all thing. Ah, but how often Lord Jesus, I deny You the glory You rightly deserve. Forgive me Lord for all the times I think I have accomplished something, like creating a delightful meal, all the while it was You that made the fruits and veggies. Forgive me Lord Jesus for not thanking You for even the smallest sip of clean water, taken for granted that it was You who makes the flowing rivers. You, are my God, with cattle on a thousand hills, and barns and vats that overflow, thank You for providing for my every need. So Lord Jesus today I sing a new song, a song of praise and thanksgiving for all that You have blessed me with. Meeting and exceeding all my needs and the needs of my family and friends. Let me proclaim the good news of Your salvation from day to day. Declaring Your glory and giving You thanks among all the nations. You Lord are great and greatly to be praise, there is none, no not one like You. Thank You Lord for everything! I love You, Amen.

Colossians 3:2-3, Psalms 50:10 and Psalm 96:1-6

Galatians 5:26

Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.

Holy Father,
Forgive me for the times I knowingly or unknowingly boasted in things I have, or accomplishments achieved that have caused another to be envious. Forgive me for the times I have envied another or looking to things of the world and desiring it. May my boasting be of Your Son, Jesus and Him alone. By whom the world has be crucified to me, and like wise I to the world. Your Spirit lives in me, therefore may I walk in Your Spirit, exemplifying Your goodness, grace and gentleness. I lay aside all malice, deceit, hypocrisy, envy and no longer speaking evil. May I enjoy the pure milk of the Word like a new born baby, so I may grow and continue to testify that You Lord are gracious and forgiving. By Your power and might Jesus, I make my daily decision to deny myself of my wants, dreams, plans and goals being committed to Your will, ways, Word, and wisdom. May I pick up my cross and follow You this day, for You are the One true God. Father, I pray that others would notice the changes Your Spirit is bringing about in me, may they not be envious, but inspired to live for You as well. Not conforming to the world but being transformed by the renewing of our minds. Thank You Jesus for seeing to completion the work You have started in me. In Your precious name I give thanks and pray, Amen.

James 3:14

But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth.

Dear Heavenly Father,
The question asked "Who is wise and understanding among you?" With the response of "Let him show by good conduct in the meekness of wisdom." Hmm, I'm sure I have fallen way short over the year. I pray by the power of Your Holy Spirit living in me would to cause me turn from self-seeking and bitter envy. For this is not from above but earthly, sensual and demonic. Father, I desire for myself and for my brother and sisters to be filled with Your wisdom that is pure, peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits without partiality and hypocrisy. Father, may the blessing of righteousness be fruitful in sowing peace. Holy Spirit quicken in us, revealing the hidden spots in our hearts where jealousy, selfishness and  thoughtlessness resides, so we may turn from it and seek the way that is right. And asking to be cleanse by the blood of Jesus. May joy bubble up and overflowing in us, to cause transformations in those around us. May harmony abound, as we serve the One true King and the Savior of the world Your precious and mighty Son, Jesus Christ. Thank You, Father for leaning Your ear to hear my prayer, Amen.

Matthew 6:33

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Such a simple command, to seek You first. Help me Lord Jesus to only want what You want in all situations, such as; fitness, finances, family or friendship. May my heart and mind search for You before for I move or act, resting in You and following Your lead. May I walk in Your ways and keep Your commandment so You shall lengthen my days. Jesus be the center and focus of my thoughts taking worry and concern for what I shall eat or what I shall wear out of view. For You have said life is more than eating and the body is more than clothing. Thank You Lord for the promise to be anxious for nothing, I only need to make my request known to You, my great God and King. So I shall listen carefully to You and eat what is good. Father, I pray You fill Your sons and daughter with all wisdom and understanding as we seek You first. In Jesus name, Amen.

1 Timothy 6:6

Now godliness with contentment is great gain.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Your daughter sings with satisfaction, because You Lord God are in my midst. You assure me not to be afraid, or let not my hands be weak, for You are the Mighty One who saves. Your word says, You rejoice over me with gladness, and this brings me much joy. Oh, Lord Jesus how You quiet me with Your love. The mere thought of You rejoicing over me with singing, fills me with delight. To read these sweet word in the book of Zephaniah, just makes me want to dance! Lord I desire to be fully devoted to You, my Great God and King. May the thing I do and say bring honor to You, and may my actions be done with ease of mind. I pray Lord that the joy You have so lovingly blessed me with will flow through me touching others to bring forth much harvest. I pray Father, for those who are bound in legalism, to let go and find connection to Your truth. May the desire to see You in our circumstances produce Your Godly character in us. I pray to have peaceful acceptance of Your will in my life and the lives of those around me. I thank You Lord that this combination of godliness with contentment brings joy beyond measure. Jesus thank You for humbling Yourself , walking with us and showing us the way to live. I love and adore You. Amen.

Hebrews 4:12

For the Word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than a two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joint and marrow, and is the discerner of thoughts and intents of the heart.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Your love gathers up the outcasts, heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds. You count the number of stars and call them all by name. Great are You Lord, and mighty in power. You send out Your command to the earth, and Your Word runs very swiftly. Your Word is a lamp to our feet and unto our path. As I meditate on Your Word, You bring correction into my thoughts and refocus my attention on You. Thank You for the Holy scriptures that reveal to me the intents of my heart, so when they are of the world I may quickly turn to Your way that is good. Thank You Lord for the Bible that is Your living Word, that is so powerful and accomplishes all You say and promise it will. I pray as people read  it, it  will penetrate their hearts brings freedom to their souls uniting them with Your Spirit.  And grant us a strong desire to walk in Your ways. Staying the course on the narrow road, for You have said broad is the way that leads to destruction. Father thank You for Your instruction to put the whole armor on, including carrying the sword of the Spirit! Father, as we read and study please graph it on our hearts and minds so it will be readily available when needed. Thank You for the truth that when spoken specifically into a specific situation, it does not return void! Thank You for the blessing of the Holy Spirit that cause Your word to come forth from within us. May all we do and say bring glory to Your beloved Son Jesus. In His name I pray, Amen.

Acts 8:30

So Philip ran to him, and heard him reading the prophet Isaiah, and said, "Do you understand what you are reading?"

Heavenly Father thank you for sending Your Holy Spirit to dwell in me and to all who believe in Jesus. He is a wonderful counselor who teaches us, Imparting wisdom and understanding so we may comprehend and grow deeper in our love for You. In addition to this glorious gift of the Spirit who is more than able, I pray for the perseverance to diligently study the scriptures. May I be meticulous to present myself approved by You Lord, as a worker not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Father, just as Philip ran to aid and instruct the eunuch, I am grateful for all those over the years who have taught and instructed me on Your ways that are higher and better. Bless all those who teach Your word tirelessly and often unnoticed or unappreciated. Strengthen them daily to continue onward instructing the young in the way they should go so as not to depart from the faith. Lord make my heart willing to always ask for help from those who know You deeply and have great understanding in Your ways. I thank You Lord Jesus that Your Spirit is not given to us to study less, but to make our studying more effective. Father shut our mouths to profane and idle babbling for they will increase to more and more ungodliness. Oh, how their message will spread like cancer. Forgive me Lord and my brothers and sisters for the times we have not tamed our tongues or kept them from speaking Your words of truth. Holy Spirit continue to transform our minds to that of Christ. May we honor You with our time by reading Your Word, meditating on it day and night, sharing it with other who are lost, hurting, in dry places or are bound by strongholds. Jesus be glorified in and through us this day. May all glory and honor be Yours forever and ever. Amen.

Romans 8:38

For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Wow! Jesus what an awesome promise for those who have come to You. For all those who have sought Your forgiveness. Thank You. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, bless you Lord. There is no where I can go from Your Spirit, or flee from Your presence. Your are so loving and beautiful I don't ever want to! If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there Your hand shall lead me, and Your right hand shall hold me. These promises comfort the deepest part of me, thank you Lord. How very precious are Your thought towards Your children. How great is the sum of them! Father, if I should count them they would be more than the number of grains of sand. Wow! That's a lot of loving thoughts! I just want to praise You all day long! Ah, but You are worth more than a full days praise, my little thank yous seem so minute compared to what You deserve. So Lord I pray to tell everyone I know or meet of Your mercies that are new every day. What an awesome gift You freely gave! Jesus You truly are the most wonderful, magnificent and generous! There is none like You, no not one. Blessed be Your name Jesus, Amen.

1 John 5:21

And we know whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.

Lord Jesus, I worship only You and You alone, for You are the one true God. Blameless, and sinless without spot or blemish.  I thank You for giving me understanding that I may know You the One who is true. I pray Your children keep themselves from idols that come in all types of shapes and sizes; material idols, false ideas that are opposite Your truth and false doctrines taught by wolves in sheep's clothing. I pray for discernment for us to see the wicked one and his fancy scheme, so we do not open the door for him. I pray for protection of your children to not even be cordial to those who want to entice and lead them astray. I thank You that through Your shed blood on the cross, and the turning away from our sins we are strengthened by the power of Your Holy Spirit now dwelling in us to combat the enemy who desire to kill our souls. Thank You Lord that I am Yours, and You are mine. There is none like You! I give thanks for my brothers and sisters who are quick to turn a sinning family member back to the way that leads to life in You Jesus Christ. I pray to have that same love and compassion to speak the truth to Your sons and daughters without fear.  I pray with confidence that Your Holy Spirit will move in the hearts of the wayward children drawing them back to You. Jesus thank you for Your tender mercies and loving kindness, these precious gifts I treasure and they make my heart glad. I love You, Amen.

1 John 2:1

My little children, those things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the rigtheous.

Oh Father what can we say then, if You are for us who could be against us?  I say thank You blessed Jesus, for interceeding on Your children's behalf. Father, You did not spare Your own Son, but delivered Him up for us all. Oh glory! Father for You raised Him from the dead to sit at Your right hand. Thank You, beacause of this gift nothing can seperate us from Your love. Oh, that accuser satan tries but You Jesus are all powerful and nothing can pluck us from your hand! Not tribulations, distress, persuction, famine, nakeness, peril or sword. All these things are conquered by You Lord Jesus. What then should be our response? To adore, obey and honor You for the life You so generously gave. Father I pray to freely give to those around me as Your Beloved Son freely gave to me. As You have made me aware of sin's ever present danger, may I also make others aware and may we all be on guard. May our eye and ear be sharp and discerning to know temptation when it comes near. Quickly to call on our Advocate to help us and increase our understanding of Your written Word and walk in truth. Thank You Jesus that You walk with me and talk with me also with all those who love You and call You their Lord and Savior. I pray Lord that we Your children to rejoice and be glad for this is the day You have made. Thank You. Amen.

Galatians 2:20

I have been crucified with Christ, it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

Dear Heavenly Father,Your beautiful gift given through Your beloved Son, is a gift I treasure daily. I rejoice because I am no longer a slave to sin. Jesus thank You for setting me free, truly for whom the Son sets free is free indeed. I rejoice because I have no obligation to sin. I believe that You have payed my randsom in full. I pray Father for those who have yet to come to the knowledge of Your truth. Your great mercy that is new everyday and available to any who call on the name of Your beloved Son Jesus. Thank You Father, that by the power of your Holy Spirit, You draw the lost and hurting to You. May sin not reign in our mortal bodies, being made slaves to its lusts. Break the chains of gluttony, greed and envy. Fill each of us today with Your goodness. Jesus be our cup and portion for in You there is no lack. May faith in You the Son of God be the bread that sustains us. I thank You for making us slaves of righteousness and holiness. Thank You Jesus for everlasting life. More to be desired than gold is Your perfect law that converts souls, Your testimony that is sure, making wise the simple, Your statues that are right rejoicing the heart, Your commandment is pure and enlightens the eyes, the fear of You Lord is clean and enduring forever, Your judgements are truth and righteousness together. And in keeping them is a great reward. Who can understand his errors? Cleanse us from our secret faults. By Your Spirit keep us from presumptuous sins, let them not have dominion over us. Then we will be blameless and innocent of transgression.  Lord Jesus may the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight. You Lord are my strength and my Redeemer. In Your Holy name Jesus I give thanks and praise. Amen.
