Luke 6:35

But love your enemies, do good. and lend, hoping for nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High.

I shall trust in You Lord and do good. Dwelling with You and feeding on Your faithfulness. Heavenly Father keep me from fretting over evildoers, for You have said they will be cut down like grass and wither like green herb. Instead Lord I shall commit my ways to You and rest and wait patiently. I pray Lord to depart from evil and do good and dwell forevermore in Your abundance of peace. You have promised the meek shall inherit the earth. I have been young and now am old. Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his descendants begging for bread. May I live by Your example Jesus to be ever merciful and lend. I confess Lord at times it is difficult to love my enemies and do good to those who hate me. But You have given wisdom in the book of Proverbs; If your enemy is hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he is thirsty, give him water to drink; for so you will heap coals of fire on his head, and You shall reward me. Father this morning I pray You will bless all those who curse me and have spitefully used me. Bless them to know the truth of Your amazing love that will set them free from the bonds of anger and bitterness. Turn their actions of rage, irritability and wrath in to joy, peace and thanksgiving. May my heart expand to give to all those who ask. Not holding back one word of my testimony but giving it all for Your glory. May I not judge, condemn or be unforgiving but share all that has been given to me, remembering the same measure I use will be measured back to me. Bless You Lord for my cup has already run over.  I love You, so may I love my neighbors the same way. In Jesus precious name, Amen.

Mark 12:6

Therefore still having one son, his beloved, he also sent him to them last, saying, 'They will respect my son.'

Dear Heavenly Father,
Bless You Father, for when Your precious Son Jesus was baptized, He was praying, and the heavens opened. Your Holy Spirit descended in bodily form like a dove upon Him. Your marvelous voice called out from above and declared this is My beloved Son, in Him I am well pleased.  Father God You so loved the world that You gave us Your only begotten Son. I pray Lord for all to believe so they will not perish but have everlasting life. Father I pray for the people to not be hard of hearts but by the finished work of the cross and their souls turning to the truth and way they will be given a heart of flesh and new life. Father, I pray for all those who have cast Christ out of their vineyards of their lives, have mercy Lord. May we heed Your words, "Whoever falls on that stone will be broken; but on whomever it falls, it will grind to powder. Lord I am so thankful for Your loving kindness, and tender mercies, for when confession is made with a broken and contrite heart falling upon the Rock that is Christ, as far as east is from the west our sin is no more. But whoa to those Lord who are stiff neck and stiff kneed refusing to accept the gift of eternal life so freely given, may they understand they will be crushed by the weight of judgement. Bless You Jesus for laying down Your life to call us friend. Your are the great I AM, Messiah, King of kings and Lord of lord. There is no other god. Bless You Jesus for Your sacrifice to pay our ransom. Bless You Lord Jesus for saving me and all my loved ones. All glory, honor and praise are Yours. Jesus I crown You with many crowns today and everyday. Lord, I pray all will sing a new song. Let all the earth sing to You, blessing Your Holy name. May those who love You proclaim the good news of Your salvation from day to day. May we declare Your glory among the nations, and Your wonders among all people. In the name of my Beloved Jesus, Amen.

1 Corinthians 3:17

If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.

Dear Heavenly Father,
You asked the question by Your Spirit living in the Apostle Paul, "Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? Yes, Lord, yes Lord, and Amen! I bless You Lord for the day of my salvation. The day my eyes were open to see the sinner in me. I bless You Lord for humbling me to repent. I once was wise in my own mind but now I know the truth. The foolishness of You, Almighty God is wiser than any man, and the weakness of You, Almighty God is stronger than any man. Your ways Lord are higher and better. May I not pollute Your temple, but be a house of prayer. Worshiping You the only wise King day and night not letting the light go dim. You Lord are my strength in weakness. I pray Lord we Your children wouldn't build our lives on rickety worldly wisdom, because You have already laid a foundation that is flawless. I have been reminded today to choose the things that will last, the precious stones of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness and self-control. Bless You Lord for the grace given to us. Father guard our hearts and minds to not take in anything that would defile the temple. May no gossip, slander, or discontent come near the door of our souls. But may those things be burned up in the fire like wood, hay and straw. Lord my desire is not for thoughts of those who think they are wise and have great knowing but are actually futile. I desire to know Christ and Him crucified. May Your children be found faithful to the end. Father fill us today with Your Holy Spirit to teach and guide us throughout the day. Father cleanse our temple as we seek forgiveness for words or deeds that have sinned against You. Lord Jesus we need You. You lead we shall follow. In Your beautiful name, Amen.

Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised this who love Him.

Arise!, O Lord! O God, lift up Your hands! Do not forget the humble. Father the helpless commit their lives to You. Lead us from temptation. Break the arm of the wicked and evil that desires to lead us astray. You are our King forever. Jesus I put my trust in You. The wicked may bend their bow, and make ready their arrow on the string. They may try to shoot secretly at the upright in heart. But Your eyes beholds the tempters schemes and Your Spirit thwarts the enemy. Jesus, satan is under Your mighty feet. Bless You Lord for You have overcome the evil one. You Lord Jesus have suffered in the flesh and overcome. By the power of Your Holy Spirit may we have the same mind no longer living for earthy desires but for the Your desires for us to have life more abundantly. May we have a good conscience Lord, and not be ashamed to share the reasons for our hope. Malachi 4:17

"They shall be Mine," says the Lord of hosts, " in the day that I make them My jewels. And I will spare them as a man spares his own son who serves him."

Dear Holy Father,
Your words Lord are pure words. Like silver tried in the furnace of the earth, purified seven times. Oh Lord how great that You shall keep them. I trust in Your mercy. My heart rejoices in Your salvation. I will sing to You for You have dealt bountifully with me. Thank You Lord that those who abide in You may dwell in Your holy hill. Father I pray we would speak truth in our hearts. By Your Spirit You keep us from backbiting with our tongues. Lord may we love our neighbors next store as well as across the seas and do no evil to them. Jesus You are the way, the truth and the life, may we share the good news to all the world. May the joy and the excitement of the words in Malachi be what moves us to share Your love. Your words of endearment are of delight to our ears that hear them and our hearts that receive them. How very humbling Lord to know You think of Your children as special treasures. Bless the Lord oh my soul. Lord Your praise shall be continually in my mouth, may others hear and come to You. My soul shall make boast of the Lord, may others hear and come to You. May all those who are humble Lord hear of it and be glad. We look to You Lord and are radiant. Lord my voice cries out "Come, you children, listen to me. I will teach you the fear of the Lord. Oh, taste and see He is good. His mercies endure forever. Thank You Lord for the opportuneties You will set before us this day to spread Your love to the lost, hurting and broken. May You Lord be magnified. In Jesus precious name I pray, Amen

Ecclesiastes 1:2

"Vanity of vanities," says the preacher; Vanity of vanities, all is vanity."

Dear Heavenly Father,
My heart prays as Moses' did. Lord, You have been our dwelling place. Before the mountains where brought forth, or before You ever formed the earth and the world. Even from everlasting to everlasting You are God. For a thousand years in Your sight are like yesterday when it has past. Solomon said "Vanity of vanities, it could also have been spoken "breath of vapor". Lord I pray You would teach me to number my days. That I may grain a heart of wisdom to not waste precious time on idle nonsense. Lord have compassion on me and all Your children, making us glad according to the days You have blessed us with. Father I pray You would establish the works of our hands. May the beauty of You Lord Jesus be upon us. You have shown us what is good. So may we spend our days justly, extending mercy, and walking humbly with You. Fill us today with Your Spirit to help us in our weakness. May we rest knowing You will work all things out for the good of those who love You. Lord I pray we will not spend one more moment with things or people who seek to destroy our lives. The time You have given us is far to precious, may it not be squandered, but used for Your glory. Let us guard our ways, as wickedness is all around us, remembering how frail we are. Even in our best state we are vapors in the wind. So Lord deliver us quickly from the things that rob us of valuable time. Thank You Lord for hearing my prayers, giving ear to my petitions. We are sojourners just passing through to reach our final destination, our home that will be for eternity with You. Thank You Lord God Almighty. In the beautiful name of Jesus I pray, Amen.

Jeremiah 6:20

"For what purpose to Me comes frankincense from Sheba, and sweet cane from a far country? Your burnt offerings are not acceptable, nor your sacrifices sweet to Me."

Good Morning Lord.
May my heart express steadfast devotions to You today and every day. Thank You for setting my feet upon the rock and establishing my steps. I have been blessed because in You Lord I put my trust. You have put a new song in my mouth. I shall sing, "O Lord, Your wonderful works are many."  Your thoughts towards me cannot be recounted to You in order. If I would declare and speak of them, there are more than can be numbered! Sacrifice and offerings You do not desire. I shall give You the depths of my small heart. My love is all I have to give. Lord how I delight to do Your good and perfect will. I shall proclaim the good news of Your righteousness. Yes, indeed I shall not restrain my lips to share the hope I have found in You Jesus. May I declare Your faithfulness and precious gift of salvation. May I not hide it away within me, but wear it for all the world to see. You Lord Jesus have not withheld Your loving kindness and tender mercy, may I live by Your example and do the same for others. I am frail Lord but You are strong. Lord I commit my ways to You, resting in Your strength, waiting patiently for Your return. Yes, I shall delight in Your abundance of peace and be still. I know Lord Jesus that You are God. There is no other. My heart rejoices for You have brought me up out of the horrible pit. Thank You Lord for this day I shall rejoice and be glad in it. In the beautiful name of Jesus, Amen.

Job 6:14

To him who is afflicted, kindness should be shown by his friend, Even though he forsakes the fear of Almighty.

Dear Heavenly Father,
I put my trust in You Lord. I will rejoice and be glad in Your mercy. You have considered my troubles and the adversities of my soul. Jesus thank You for being my friend through the ups and downs of the day to day. Steering me along the windy road that makes journeying through life a wild ride. You Lord are faithful and have not passed me off into the hands of the enemy. Bless You, for having held me steady and safe in this body which carries me about.  Father I pray for those who are afflicted standing at the crossroad and have not yet come to You in their hour of need. May I be a friend who loves at all times, especially to the ones who are alone in their suffering. May I live by Christ example of kindness, goodness, gentleness, and faithfulness. May I be a brother born to them from the adversity they are facing. May I take the hand of the discouraged, walk alongside them on the dusty and rocky road leading them in Your direction. Father forgive those who have denied the truth that Jesus is the way, they know not what they do. Jesus, thank You for loving me and giving Your life as a sacrifice for me, even when I was so unworthy to receive Your love and grace. Jesus thank You for teaching me fear of Almighty through Your mercy. My heart swells with gratitude for the precious gift of everlasting life spend with You. May Your love reach into every corner of darkness bringing hope and peace to those who are hurting and afflicted. Bless You Lord for meeting me this morning and hearing my prayers and the prayers of Your children. In Your blessed name Jesus I pray, Amen.

Matthew 8:6

"...saying, Lord my servant is lying home paralyzed, dreadfully tormented."

Dear Heavenly Father,
How blessed I am to be able to come before You, Lord God Almighty. Thank You for leaning Your ear to hear my plea. With open arms You receive and welcome me in to Your courts. How very blessed I am. Father, I bring before Your throne of grace some friends who have been recently diagnosed with serious conditions of the heart, others with illnesses that plaque their bodies causing them to be less mobile. These reports are paralyzing to the mind and soul. One could say making them feel dreadfully tormented. Forgive us Lord for not coming to You first, but seeking comfort from others, as Job puts it in chapter 13 are worthless physicians. Oh that they should keep silent, so the sick could hear Your wisdom. Their well meaning thoughts and comments only add to suffering because it take our eyes off of You, Jesus the one who heals and restores. Father thank You for the men and women that You have called to study and dedicated their lives to medicine, continue to fill them with wisdom and understanding of the things that afflict the body. Pour a fresh anointing on their hands as they tend to the sick. Keep them strong and of sound minds to minister to the ailing. Lord hear my prayers for those who have conceded in defeat believing their healing won't come. May they be tormented no longer, because You have opened their heart to You. May they encounter the One who loves them greatly, show mercy and gives graciously. Jesus, You are the giver of peace and life everlasting. Lift them Lord Jesus from the bed that has keeps them frozen in fear and anxiety of not knowing the outcome of their illness. Open their ears to hear Your loving response echoed from the cross "It is finished!" May all arise who are weary from worry and find rest in Your loving arms. Thank You Lord for Your healing touch that has restored my soul and the souls of others. With all my heart I love You, Amen.

Matthew 12:8

"For the Son of Man is the Lord even of the Sabbath."

Dear Heavenly Father,
Accept, I pray, the freewill offerings of my mouth. For You desire mercy and not sacrifice, and the knowledge of You more that burnt offerings. Let us offer the sacrifice of our lips when we come before You acknowledging Jesus is the only One who can take away our iniquities and receive us graciously. May we return to You Lord and bless You, and thank You, and praise You for all You have so freely given. May it not be a one time expression but may it be a perpetual gift to You our King. May it be the sweet fruit that comes forth from our tongues. May we not forget to do good and share with others for in doing so is pleasing to You our God. Jesus You are our rest, our peace and place of refuge, may our faithfulness not be as a morning cloud that is like the early dew and goes away. Father I pray for my brothers and sister in Your house who are walking in disobedience, may I say to them come and let us walk in the Light of the Lord. Place our faith in Your promises and obey Your commandants. May we love You with all our hearts, minds, souls and strength and our neighbors as ourselves. Father You have said "Surely My Sabbaths you shall keep, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generation, that you may know that I am the Lord who sanctifies you. You shall keep the Sabbath therefore, for it is holy to you."  Jesus I love You and crown You Lord of my life every day for You are the Light of the world and in You there is no darkness at all. Bless You Jesus for illuminating my life. Lord I do not desire just head knowledge of You but to know You truly, madly, deeply. Through Your love for me it will produce obedience that is loyal and devoted to Your good and perfect will. I shall not make boast in anything I do but give glory and honor to You. In Your name Jesus I pray. Amen.

Proverb 26:2

Like a flitting sparrow, like a flying swallow, so a curse without cause shall not alight.

Good Morning my King and my God,
Blessed are those who dwell in Your house. They will be found praising You. The swallow has made a nest where she may lay her young. And the sparrow has found a home. Thank You Father for turning the curse in to a blessing because of Your great love. Father, so many times You have kept the misery of this life from taking hold in me. The sins of this fallen world have been turned into great blessings. I have found my home and refuge under the shadow of Your wing. Reveal You benefits to those who are afflicted. Some may call to You for help with their children who are walking in darkness experimenting with drugs and alcohol but You shall give them new wine to drink. Others may be battling sickness and disease of various kinds, but You will anoint their heads with oil. And there are others living in poverty but You Lord Jesus are the bread from heaven that give life. Father there are many challenges, some are really hard and difficult to say the least, but thank You that in each one You are glorified. As I look back Lord over my life I see over and over the hexes that could have consumed me, but You Lord put out ever flame that dared to destroy me. Freely You have given to me, so freely may I give to others to be a blessing in their lives. Let my mouth speak of Your goodness, and the depth of Your concern for us. Two sparrows are sold for a copper coin and not one of them falls to the ground apart from Your will. Even the numbers of hairs on our head are counted. We shall not fear because we are of more value to You than many birds. Thank You for teaching us of Your great love through ever trial and challenge. May we rejoice knowing You will be victorious in every situation. As we gather the twigs of the broken piece of our lives, may they be reconstructed in to a nest that is cradled in Your loving arms. May we climb in and rest. Thank You Lord for wisdom and understanding plus the heart to contain it. I love You Jesus, Amen.

1 Corinthians 15:33

Do not be deceived: "Evil company corrupts good habits."

To many Father, far to many. My heart is heavy and full of concerns. But You Lord Jesus are the lifter of my head. The evil ones mission to lure our children in to the pit has caused me to cry out to You this morning. Father You have said, let no one despise our youth. Your desire is for them to be examples to believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith and purity. But O Father, the battle rages on. Jesus we need You to intercede for us and our young ones. Strengthen those You have called to ministry to lead the way. Give them the wisdom and understanding so when they preach and teach their tongues with be like a two edged sword. Fill them with the Holy Spirit to guide and instruct them to help struggling parents to raise their children in the way they shall go and they won't depart from it. Bless them for their loving dedication to You. Father breathe Your Spirit into neighborhoods to stand firm and be a hedge of protection around each others babies, children and teens. Father I pray, may the older and wiser speak words of encouragement to the younger who are weary from the fight. May their years of experience be hope and inspiration to those facing trails of wayward and  rebellious teens. May we come together as a community Your body to Your will. May we gleen from those who already lovingly do. Father I pray may we all be servants to one another not being haughty thinking we need not get involved because all is well in our homes. Grant us the willingness to wash the feet of the hurting mom, dad, grandparent, aunt or uncle that is filled with grief over the direction their beloved child is headed. Parenting in a life time, so Father bath those in Your peace who are still waiting for the turning of their adult children. May they see the fruit of their prayers come forth in their loved ones who turn and surrender their lives to You. May the good things we have sewn in to our children, keep them from being deceived, lured and tempted into giving up the blessings You have for them. Father expose the wickedness of the world so it is plan to the human eye. Father keep us from even going passed the harlots door. In the powerful and might name above all name Jesus, Amen.

Deuteronomy 4:7

For what great nation is there that has God so near to it, as the Lord our God is to us, for whatever reason we may call upon Him?

Lord God, You are my refuge and strength. My very present help in times of trouble. Therefore, I will not fear. Even though the earth be removed, and the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; though the waters roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with its swelling. I shall be still and know You are God. You Lord shall be exalted above all the trails and challenges my loved ones are facing. You Lord shall be exalted in all the places that have been shaken. Father, I pray for all Your children who are crying out for their sons and daughters, may they be filled with Your amazing peace, knowing when they call upon You, You are near. If they are seeking You, You shall be found. Even though the rain comes down and the snow falls from heaven. It waters the earth to bring forth its bud. It gives seed to the sower and bread to the eater. Father, sometimes it's difficult to see the end from the beginning when the battle for souls is thick, but Your ways our not our ways. Yours Lord are higher than the heavens and far better and greater. May Your children rest knowing they will go out with joy and be led by Your peace. Even when it breaks our hearts to see those in the dark suffering and struggling to emerge into Your marvelous Light. I thank You Lord that You are so near to us, we can whisper to You anything that is on our hearts or concerning in our minds and You respond with loving kindness and blessings. Thank You Jesus, great is Your faithfulness. May we sing and dance, rejoicing because the day of deliverance for our loved ones is at hand. You shall set the captives free for Your glory. In Your name Jesus I pray, Amen.

Psalm 23:2

He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Today I lift my soul to You, my God in whom I trust. I am not ashamed of all the great and glorious things You have done for me. You have not allowed the enemy of pride, shame, fear, unbelief or anger to triumph over me. Thanks be to You O God. Father this morning I come before You believing just as You have laid me down in green pastures in my rebellious youth, You shall do the same for the teens of today. You Lord can calm the raging seas in the hurting children of this world. The ones born in to a life of neglect, abandonment, and abuse who are desperate for love. You Lord are the God who sees those who are crying in the darkness with feelings of hopelessness and despair willing to try even the hardest of drugs to ease their pain. Lord send me. Send me to lead them to the pastures that are rolling with mercy and grace. Send me Lord to point them in the direction of the One who will restore their souls. Send me Lord to sit next to them in the field of Your dreams for them. Father send me to guide them away from fast flowing streams that want to drown them. May the still waters of Your love flow freely and gently over their weary souls, soothing their aching hearts. Father these young ones today are faced with so much noise from the world send me to be the whisper in the chaos telling them they are not forgotten and that You God of the Universe cares deeply. May they see the truth among the lies that You sent Your only Son to die for them so they may have life and life more abundantly. Lord I ask forgiveness over my getting so comfortable in the beautiful green pasture, growing lazy, grazing and milling quietly through my day forgetting there is a desert, on the other side of the Mt. Forgive me Lord for not offering a cup from Your calming stream to the young people around me. Lord may I not be concerned with bringing a staff, extra sandals and tunic, not even a money belt, just fill me with Your Holy Spirit and send me. I love You Lord and my hearts desire is for others to love You too. May I not keep the children from coming to You but be the vehicle that drive them to Your door awaiting their arrival with open and loving arms. In the gracious and good name of Jesus, Amen.

Mark 2:4

And when they could not come near Him because of the crowd, they uncovered the roof where He was. So when they had broken through, they let down the bed on which the paralytic was lying.

Jesus Messiah, Lord of all, this morning I greet You with thanksgiving and praise. I will bless You at all times. Songs of adoration shall continually be on my lips. My soul shall make its boast in You, the King of glory. How very blessed I am to have friends that exude Your loving kindness. With willing hearts they have more than once carried me on my sickbed to lower me through the roof to be laid at Your beautiful feet that walk in peace. How very blessed I am for in my hour of need they diligently raise me up in prayer. Jesus You taught, no greater love then one who lays down your life for a friend. Your loving and unselfish sacrifice on the cross has taught us to put aside our own desires and wants to care for another. I'm in awe, as I watch the people You so tenderly placed in my life that walk in the same gracious humility. How blessed I am to be surrounded by such a kind affection. Father bless those who continually come before You sowing in tears, may they reap a harvest of joy that will last for all eternity. What a privilege and honor to come before You our God on the behalf of other. I've been blessed to know the depth and riches of their hearts when they cry out in prayer. The sincerity, purity and deep concern that comes from within is filled with compassion and beyond word. I am blessed to be surrounded by a cloud of witnesses that tarry at the altar waiting on Your Spirit to move and be made manifest. Bless them Lord for they are long suffering. Lord I pray for those who have never had the gift of such a friendship may they come to know and appreciate these living treasures. What a blessing to have friends who know You Jesus, to speak comfort in to the areas of life that are hard, challenging and at times discouraging. Father increase the circle of friends in my life, but more importantly may I be the friend someone else needs. I love You Lord. In Your name Jesus I pray, Amen.

2 Corinthians 13:12

Greet one another with a holy kiss.

Good Morning Heavenly Father,
Bless You Lord for You have shown me the path of life. In Your presence is the fullness of joy. Father today is back to church day, and my hearts desire is for all those who have walked away from You to run back into Your loving arms. May we Your children greet them with a holy kiss. May we be Your arms that embrace, Your voice that comforts and restores those who walk through the doors today. Lord may we be blessings to You today, living examples of Your mercy and grace. May we live by the examples of our beloved Jesus who feed the hungry, gave drink to the thirsty, lovingly embrace those who where strangers giving them a home and place to rest, clothing the naked, tending to the sick. Father may Your church arise and be a place of refuge and hope for all those who are hurting, and the missing piece to those who think they have all they need, but are yet dissatisfied. Thank You Lord for this opportunity to love as You have loved unashamed, unselfishly and without limits. Jesus be lifted high today, all glory and honor is Yours forever and ever, Amen.

Matthew 26:46

"Rise, let us be going. See, My betrayer is at hand."

Dear Heavenly Father,
You are Holy Lord. Enthroned in the praises of Your people. I trust You Lord. For when I have cried out You have delivered me. I am not ashamed to be called Your child. Some may ridicule me for putting my hope and faith in You. I believe Lord Jesus Your are my Savior. You are my God and are never far from me. Holding me close in the palm of Your hand. Jesus I marvel at Your obedience to the Father. You did not have to drink from the cup of suffering but You lovingly did. I stand in awe of Your facing Your betrayer head on, not reluctantly but with determination to do the Father's will. Lord by the power of Your Holy Spirit grant me the same determination to overcome the challenges I face with the rebuilding of my body, Your temple in which Your Spirit dwells. May I not cower, or retreat in defeat but continue to go and wash so to speak as You instructed the blind man to do so his healing would be complete. I believe Lord Your promise of by Your stripes we are healed. You are faithful and good. Your mercies endure for ever. I thank You in advance for my healing and the healing of others. May we not be reluctant or prideful but receive the help from others in our hour of need. With thankful hearts may we receive the loving and unselfish touch from others whom You have sent. Father bless Your faithful servant who boldly come to Your throne of grace on behalf of the needs of others. Thank You for hearing their petitions in the private of their prayer closets as the speak and intercede for those who have grown weary in the wait for Your glory to spring forth. Thank You Lord for Your precious family that comes together to walk along side those who are physically weak. And Lord bless those who are living with infirmities and have been given extra portion of understanding of Your suffering on the cross and with compassion to impart it to others. How beautiful the way You have knitted and woven the tapestry of Your children to become a blanket of hope for all the world. I love You Lord. In Your name Jesus I pray. Amen

Matthew 5:13

You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.

Dear Heavenly Father,
The earth is Yours and all its fullness. The world and all who dwell in are Your creation. Father You have founded it upon the seas and established it upon the waters. Your beautiful Son who abides in You and You in Him, is the only one with clean hands and a pure heart. He has not lifted His soul to an idol. Nor sworn deceitfully. Jesus You are the salt of the earth. It is said in ancient times pure salt was mixed with other substances so when it is exposed to the various weather conditions it will leach out salt that was then used to coat pathways. 1 Corinthians 15:33

Do not be deceived: "Evil company corrupts good habits."

Dear Heavenly Father,
You have said come out and be separate from them and do not touch what is unclean and You would receive us and we shall be Your sons and daughters. Hallelujah! Grant revelation to those who do not know You, may they turn from the things in their lives that are impure and tainted and You would receive them with open arms. Lord increase discernment so we may avoid the lifestyles of fellow believers who live immoral lives. I pray for our fallen brothers and sisters to return to You, their first love and may we not fall into similar traps. May Your children be blessed with sharp ears to hear false teaching. Father do not to allow ear ticklers to lead them astray. May we Your children always be ready. Following the example of one of the ten virgins who had wisdom to know to keep her oil lamp full and ready. May we not slumber or sleep but await Your glorious return Jesus. Father I pray the elect would not be deceived but remain rooted and grounded in Christ Jesus.  I rejoice for I was washed, my spirit cleansed, was sanctified, set apart for Your use and justified being declared righteous by You because of Your beautiful Son Jesus' work on the cross. Oh Lord I rejoice and sing! Thank You Lord for keeping me from the things that defile my soul. There was a time when I could not discern the evil from the goodness of Your ways but Lord I am so thankful You have opened my eyes. Lord as we look to the hills to see where our help comes from may we delight knowing it is You the maker of heaven and earth. Lord thank You for the promise that all who call upon Your name Jesus will be saved. In Your name that is above all names, Amen.

Proverbs 25:11

A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in settings of silver.

Dear Righteous Father,
Teach me Your ways, and grant me a willing heart, so I will know how to speak a word to those who are in need of encouragement. May my comments be few and well chosen, recalling Your instruction that out of the mouth comes blessings and curses.  Lord cleans my mind from things of the world that bring doubts and confusion. May my mind be focused on Your beautiful and loving Word spoken in the Scriptures. May my tongue not only bless You, my Lord God and Father but speak of Your divine truth that brings hope to the hurting. Father, as I come before You in prayer may the petitions of my heart be fitly spoken on the behalf of others. Words are so powerful. I only need to read John 1. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and was God. Jesus You where in the beginning with the Father. Anoint my lips to speak of Your promises, goodness and grace. May I be a faithful messenger to bring refreshing to those who are enduring snow in their season of harvest. May my words be warmed with love by they power of Your Holy Spirit to comfort. Father I lift up Your beautiful church as it prepares to be Your bride. May only truth come forth from her lips. Standing firm on all that You have taught us. Keep us in purity and holiness in all we do and say. Let us not be unwise, but to truly understand Your will. May we not be drunk with wine, which is dissipation; but be filled with Your Spirit, speaking to each other with expressions of joy. Father I pray for us to unite in singing hymns of praise making melodies in our hearts to You. May we continually give thanks for all You Lord have done. I pray this all in the powerful name of Jesus, Amen.

Luke 24:5

Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead?

He's alive! Jesus is alive! Rejoice, dance and sing, Jesus is alive. Bless the Lord oh my soul He's alive. Let us praise the name of the Lord! Holy Father there have been many times in my life where I have bowed my face to the earth afraid, I would never see Your glory in various situations. In grief and sadness, I have sought life and fulfillment among the dead things of the world. There have been times when I have felt so alone, and in despair not looking to the One who has never left me. Seasons I have spent conversing and reasoning with others over the possible outcomes to various trails we face. Forgive me Lord for all the wasted hours grouping in the darkness to find vitality. But You Lord are so gracious and the lifter of our heads, so our eyes may see, You were raised from the dead in victory. May the things we reason together be; though our sins are like scarlet, You have washed them as white as snow. though they are crimson, You have made them wool. Father, I pray we may not look for our answers in the cold, desolate and dark places where there is no life but instead into the Light of Your Word for the truth that will save and bless us. Grant us Lord tongues of the learned that we would know how to speak and give a word in it season to those who are weary. Awaken our ears to hear and grant us a willing heart. Bless You Lord for in You we are not ashamed. May all Your children stand together in one mind and one accord to praise You Holy and Wonderful name Jesus, for out of the darkness You brought Your marvelous light and love. Forever we are grateful. Your wonders never cease.

James 1:8

...he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Look upon me and be merciful to me, As Your custom is toward those who love Your name. Direct my steps by Your word, and let no iniquity have dominion over me. Redeem me from the oppression of man, that I may keep Your precepts. Make Your face to shine upon Your servant, and teach me Your statues. I've prayed for You to teach me by the power of Your Holy Spirit. You have promised that He would be my helper. Forgive me for not allowing my stubborn soul to listen to what You are saying in Your Holy Word. I shall not look to man for the answers but with all of my heart I seek You. Glory to God! Today I received Your answer with wisdom. Fear and reverence for You has blessed me with a sweet gift of answered prayers. Lord, I pray for an increased amount of obedience to honor You not only with my lips as a man pleaser but with all that is in me. Thank You Lord for giving us ears to hear and hearts that receive all that You have to teach us. Thank You Lord that You have called us friend, sharing Your thoughts and desires with us. May all Your children draw near to You, continuing to learn and grow for Your glory. Bless You Lord for Your patience. You endure all my questions, doubts, concerns as I've struggled to grasp all that You so want to give me. I love You Lord. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

For an angel went down at a certain time into the pool and stirred up the water; then whoever stepped in first, after the stirring of the water, was made well of whatever disease they had.

Micah 6:8

He has shown you O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God?

Dear Heavenly Father,
With what shall I come before You Lord, and bow myself to You the Most High God? Shall I come before You with burnt offerings, or a calve a year old? Would You Lord be pleased with a thousand rams or ten thousand rivers of oil? Shall I give my first born for my transgressions or the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? No, I shall give my heart to You for Your gift of mercy through Your Son who atoned for my sin. Let me live Lord being filled with Your Spirit to do those things You require. May my attitude be of joy that accompanies true worship. Father grant me and all Your children the strength, courage, and ability to demonstrate virtues of godly living. Put the words in our mouths to rebuke the oppressor, the bravery to defend the fatherless, and heart to appeal for the widow.  May our souls be willing and obedient so we may eat from the good of the land.  May we serve You Lord night and day with joy and thanksgiving. For all those who come to You in repentance, turning from their doubt, wash them clean. Though our sins are like scarlet, we shall be as white as snow. Thank You Jesus for the cross, thank You for Your precious blood poured out for us. Thank You Lord for turning us around to see the truth, the way and life You so freely give. As I humble myself before You, grateful for the mercy You have shown me, may I go about the day with a willingness to be merciful to others. I love You Lord Jesus. In Your name I pray, Amen.

Exodus 20:8

Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.

Grant me Lord understanding so I may keep Your instruction. Make me to walk in the path of Your commandments. May Your Holy Spirit direct me, so I will delight in Your way. As I meditate on Your wonderful works, my soul melts from heaviness. Strengthen me according to You word. Father I have chosen the way of truth, and my hearts desires is to go deeper and know You even more. Father keep my eyes from looking to the right or left remaining focus on You my Lord and God. I love You. May the honoring of the Sabbath day be a sign to You of my knowing You are the Lord who sanctifies me. Father I am humbled as I think about Your finger writing the two tablets of testimony, the tablets of stone. I stand in awe of You. The Ten Commandments not written with pen and paper as anyone could do, but by Your mighty hand as it touch the surface of hard rock. Wow Lord, I stand in awe of You. Your wonder never ceases. How great and glorious You are. May I honor You all the days of my life. You Lord have promised; fear not, for I am with you. Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Bless You Lord, for just as You held the hand of Moses, You Lord Jesus hold my hand. Lead me Lord, lead me in Your ways. I pray for all to know the truth, that will set them free. Open the ears and let them hear. In Jesus name, Amen.

Psalm 125:1

Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved, but abides forever.

Dear Heavenly Father,
I give thanks to You for You are good! It is better for me to put my trust in You Lord than to put confidence in man. You Lord Jesus are my strength and song. You are my salvation. What shall I say then? If God is for us, who can be against us? Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, distress, persecution, famine, nakedness, peril or sword take us from Your mighty hand. I should say not. Lord for in all these things and more You have made us more than conquerors, through Your love for us. Father I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height or depth, nor any other created thing shall separate us from You love, which is Christ Jesus. Thank You Lord for Your amazing love that causes us to rest and trust in You forever. Thank You for the filling of the Holy Spirit that make us stand firm. Lord I pray for Your people as they meditated on Your Word, the Holy Scriptures may they be like trees planted by rivers of water. May they bring forth their fruit in its season, and no leaf shall wither. May not one of them be cut down, and whatever they do they shall prosper. Bless those Lord who do not walk in the counsel of the ungodly but delight themselves in You. Father You know the way of the righteous, and they are safe in Your loving arms. Thank You Lord for hearing my prayers in Jesus name, Amen.

Luke 10:23

Then He turned to His disciples and said privately, "Blessed are the eyes which see the things you see,"

Dear Heavenly Father,
May my eyes behold what manner of love that You have bestowed on me, that I should be called a child of God! Father I'm in awe of Your love that includes me in Your family. You love all believers, both weak and the strong. You have blessed my eyes to see Your kindness that has delivered those who have been tangled up in addiction breaking the chains that have kept them bound. You have blessed me to observe Your goodness embrace those who have messed up and have fallen to their knees begging for mercy and forgiveness. I've been honored to see the lost be found by Your amazing grace. My eyes have had the privilege to observe Your blessing being poured upon the couples that not only honor You with their lips but their whole hearts as well. To see the young teens who walks the narrow road, minding their every step that leads to You. I have watch in amazement as You have healed the sick, restoring them to perfect health. Your perfect peace that has been given to those who knew no peace has as brought astonishment into view. Yes Lord my life has been more than blessed, especially when You opened my eyes to see the sinner I was and my greatest need for to You to save me. Now being a wakened to the newness of the day I have awestruck wonder of the world You have created. Oh my eyes have seen Your glory. I have beheld the beauty of You Lord, may the words of my mouth and meditation of my heart be so very pleasing to Your ears. May all the saints praise the Lord! For Your name Lord Jesus alone is exalted. Your glory above the earth and the heavens. Let the children be joyful for the great and wonderful things our mighty King has done! You have beautified the humble with salvation and take pleasure in Your people. Thank You Lord! All glory, honor and praise are Yours Jesus for ever and ever. Amen!

James 1:18

Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of first fruits of His creatures.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. Thank You Lord for the inheritance that is incorruptible, undefiled and does not fade away. Thank You Lord for the place reserved in heaven for all those who believe You where and are and will come again. Let us not be deceived, but remembering and rejoicing that every good and perfect gift comes from above. Father I pray we will pursue peace and holiness. Let us be diligent to present ourselves approved to You Lord God as workers who do not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Your Word Lord is a beacon of truth in the darkness of falsehood that surrounds us. May we make every effort to handle it accurately. Teach us Your ways O'Lord. Let us shun profane and idle babbling, for they will bring an increase in ungodliness. Their message spreads like cancer. Let our eyes and heart be fixed on You Lord Jesus our beloved Savior and not be led astray by any other whim or false teaching. Lord You know who belongs to You, so may all those who name the name of Christ depart from all forms of iniquity. Father I pray for Your great house, for in it is not only vessels of gold and silver that are of honor but of wood and clay that are those who dishonor You. May all those who are of the latter be cleansed and made into vessels of honor, sanctified and useful to You our Master, being prepared for ever good work. Bless You Lord for Your mercy endures forever. Oh we give thanks to the Lord for You are good. Your mercy endures forever and ever, Amen.

1 Corinthians 15:58

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Be exalted, O God, above the heavens. Let Your glory be above the earth. May my heart be steadfast to sing and give praises. I will sing to You among the nations, for Your mercy reaches to the heavens and Your truth unto the clouds. My heart is established in You Lord Jesus and I will not be afraid. You Lord Jesus are the living God, who is steadfast forever. Your kingdom is one that shall not be destroyed. May peace be multiplied to all people, nations and languages that dwell in all the earth. May every dominion tremble and fear You. May all have reverence for You our wise King. Father may I be enthusiastic about the work You have called me to. Letting nothing move me from the task at hand. As Your children are fellow workers in Your fields, may we remember one of us plants, and one waters but You Lord give the increase. Thank You Lord for all those who are co-labors with me. They lovingly serve You. Thank You for my brother and sister, You have blessed with gift to preach, teach, minister through words and deeds, to heal, and encourage. Bless them for their faithfulness to spread the Good News. So Lord I pray we are diligent with these things, being loyal to serve You with all our hearts, minds, souls and strength until the day of Your return. Empower us Lord by Your Holy Spirit to be immovable because Your day is coming and will be like a thief in the night.  O death where is your sting? Thanks be to You God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Let us rejoice and pray in His name, Amen.

Proverbs 22:1

A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches, loving favor rather than silver and gold.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Your beautiful and perfect Son Jesus Christ humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore You Lord God Almighty highly exalted Him, giving Him the name above all names. Ever knee shall bow, of those in heaven, and those on earth, and those under the earth. Every tongue shall confess Jesus Christ is Lord. May I keep Your word, and not deny Your holy name. Let us be of one mind and one accord. You Lord are the portion of my inheritance and my cup. You Lord maintain my lot. The lines have fallen on me in pleasant places, yes I have a good inheritance. Thank You for calling me to be Your child and placing Your insignia on my future. In You Lord I have great riches, love that comforts, fellowship of the Spirit and joy to name a few. Truly Lord far better than gold or silver. Father I pray for all those who seek the riches of this world forgoing the reputation of their names for the possession of material wealth. Compromising the legacy they leave behind. They do not understand this tarnish can not be removed after death. Cleansing by Your blood is necessary for entrance into Your Kingdom. You taught us about the rich man and Lazarus. The rich man did not come to You in repentance and perished to be tormented by the flame. He begged for Lazarus to be sent to cool his tongue with water, but there is a great gulf fixed between heaven and hell and no one can pass over it. Father hear my prayers for those who are living life without You. Please Lord save them. Open their eyes and come into their hearts. Give them a new name, and inheritance that is eternal. Lord have mercy on the lost who are pridefully thinking they are doing well on their own. Come Lord Jesus come. In Your name, Amen.
