1 Peter 1:17

And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one's work, conduct yourselves throughout the time of your stay here in fear;

I thank You Lord for redeeming me by Your precious blood. You Lord Jesus are the spotless Lamb without blemish, none can take Your place. Try though we may to use corruptible things, like gold and silver or aimless conduct we have received by tradition to cleanse ourselves of unrighteousness it is in the turning and receiving by faith Your mercy and grace we are brought into new life. Therefore, may we this day gird up the loins of our mind, be sober and rest our hope fully upon Your grace. May we be as obedient children, not conforming ourselves to our former lust as in our ignorance. May the use of various vices we use to self soothe, comfort or avoid painful situations or heartache be put away forever. May we not be ignorant of the schemes of the enemy who desire to trip us up and keep us from victory in You. May our heart desire to be holy as You are holy be fulfilled by Your Holy Spirit as we surrender all. May we bow in humble adoration and separate ourselves from sin to live a life that glorifies You. May thanksgiving and praise to You our great God and King be the remedy for what ails us. Jesus be lifted high and magnified in and through us. May Your church arise. Amen.

Judges 16:28

Then Samson called to the LORD and said, "O Lord God, please remember me and please strengthen me only this once, O God, that I may be avenged on the Philistines for my two eyes."

Dearest Father, I come to You today in humility and with a seeking heart for understanding. O Lord, You know me and visit me. Your words were found, and I ate them. Your words become joy to me, they are a delight to my heart. Father, I do not desire to sit in the company of revelers, those with outbursts of anger or those who slander but more importantly I do not desire to be one of them myself but ask those things in me to be crucified. Samson asked for You to restore his strength, but his motive was vengeance. He believed with his whole heart You would help him. But was he a paragon of virtue? Father, I confess in this day of darkness and turmoil, wickedness, lawlessness and hatred it is so easy to be ensnared by anger that can far too quickly turn to rage. Protect my heart of compassion to maintain meekness. Protect my brothers and sisters in Christ who are facing horrific injustices, being pressed on all sides. Keep them hidden in the secret place and may evil pass over them as they are covered in the blood of Christ. May we remember Your promise we are Your dearly beloved, not to avenge ourselves but rather give place unto wrath for vengeance is Yours and You will repay. You are the righteous judge. Father, I pray for those who are in places of war to remain steadfast looking up for their redemption draws nigh. Keep Your children in Your perfect peace and comfort them supernaturally in this hour. Lord, we desperately need You now. Maranatha.

Matthew 4:16

The people who sat in darkness have seen a great light, and upon those who sat in the region and shadow of death Light has dawned.

Praise to You Lord who created the heavens and stretched them out. Praise to You Lord who spread forth the earth and that which come from it. Bless You Lord who gives breath to the people on it, and spirit to those who walk on it. You the Lord have called us to righteousness. Dear Jesus, You were given as a covenant to the people, may all glory and honor be given You now and always. You are the Lord and Jesus is Your name. Your glory will not be given to another, nor praise to carved images. We behold the former things have come to pass and You have declared a new thing. We will sing to You Lord a new song. Praises from the end of the earth. Jesus may Your words prick the hearts of those in darkness "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand." Lord, I pray for those who are casting their nets in the wrong direction, living in ways that lead to death, may they leave their old ways behind and "Follow You." It is the most worthwhile journey to take with You holding our hands, leading and guiding us along the way, in the light of Your grace. The darkness looms over the hearts of many but You Lord Jesus shine bright piercing the dark and illuminate the heart. You never ceasing but ever increasing in brilliance and radiance. Thank You Jesus for Your light that dawns in those we love who are sitting in the shadow of death. Your praise forever on our lips. You are the LIGHT of the world. Amen.

1 Corinthians 16:13

Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong.

You Lord Jesus are our fortress in adversity. In You, O Lord, I put my trust; let me never be ashamed; deliver me in Your righteousness. Bow down Your ear to me and answer my prayers for deliverance of the world from evil. You are my rock and refuge, a fortress of defense to save us. Lead us and guide us for You are our strength and into Your hands we commit our spirits. May You redeem us, O Lord God of truth. There are so many lies and much hate swirling around these days Father please pour out Your Holy Spirit to convict the world of sin and bring a great revival to the nations. May all heart's desire Your perfect peace and humbly submit to Your ways. Let all that we do be done in love. I have hated those who regard useless idols and put my trust in You Lord. I will be glad and rejoice in Your mercy for You have known my soul in adversities and keep me from the hands of the enemy. Have mercy Lord for those in trouble, whose eyes wastes away with grief. Strengthen and protect those who are living in fear because of hatred that surrounds them. Uphold them with Your righteous right hand. Deliver Your children from the hand of the enemy, those who persecute Your chosen ones. May the lying lips be silenced, which speak insolent things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous. How great is Your goodness, which You have laid up for those who fear You. In the presence of the sons of men You shall hide them in the secret place of Your presence, from the plots of men. Thank You Lord that You will keep them secretly in a pavilion. Blessed be the LORD, for You have and continue to show us marvelous kindness in hearing our supplications. Oh, love the Lord, all you His saints! For the Lord preserves the faithful, and fully repays the proud. Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all who hope in You Lord. Amen.

1 Corinthians 5:6

Your glory is not good. Do you not know a little leaven leavens the whole lump?

Just as Jewish people are required to sweep all the leaven from their homes for the Passover, I desire to be swept clean of any hidden sin that may be having influence over me. I thank You Father for giving us Your Son and leaving Your Spirit here until the work on earth is done. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us, and my desire is to praise Him forever from a pure heart. May I not live with the old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. I desire not to contaminate my relationship with You dear Lord. I confess although anger rises up in me at times, I cling to You to hold me steady and restrain my tongue. May You grant me the gift of discernment as not to violate Your commands. I do not desire to oppose You Father or Your will but surrender to Your sovereignty. Jesus came as light to the world, so whoever believes in Him should not abide in darkness. I believe! You Lord Jesus took the bread and broke it saying this is My body take and eat. You also took the cup and said this is My blood, the blood of the new covenant that was shed for us, take and drink. Do this in remembrance of Me. I remember and celebrate You Lord. Thank You! May all glory and honor be given to Your great name Jesus, Amen.

Act 3:5

So, he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them.

Dear heavenly Father, I come to You in the matchless name of Jesus seeking forgiveness for giving my attention to things of the world hoping to receive something. When I am not feeling well, I often don't rest in Your arms, far too concerned with responsibilities and commitments to slow down. Your Holy Spirit has giving me at various times the strength to the portions of my body that were in need. I believe You are the same today as yesterday so I seek You Lord for a healing touch. Often what I have expected or thought I needed You have giving me something far greater, thank You. I pray today Lord for those who stand at the Beautiful gate expecting to receive something, may they be blessed with more than they could ever have imagined. I pray Lord for repentance to sweep the land and many be converted, their sins being blotted out and the time of refreshing has come. Restore those who have strayed to the joy of salvation. Hear the widows cry and comfort her. Thank You for being Father to the fatherless, blessing the orphans with brothers and sisters in Christ. Provide for the poor by opening up the windows of the hearts of those with means to provide for those in need. Pour out Your peace where there is raging conflict as only You can do. May Jesus be glorified today. May praise and adoration be a sweet-smelling aroma that is pleasing to You both now and always, Amen.

1 Thessalonians 2:19

For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Is it not even you in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at His coming?

You Lord God are able to keep us from stumbling and present us faultless before Your glorious presence with exceeding joy. You are our God and Savior who alone is wise, majestic having all power and dominion both now and forever. You dear Jesus are worthy of all our adoration. We praise You for You alone are the One who keeps us from being deceived. May Your sanctuary be in the center of our lives as You sanctify and keep charge over us. We thank You for guarding us in this life, despite all the dangers and pitfalls that the enemy may put in our way. Divination may be on the lips, the heart may be proud, but for those whose ways please You Lord, You make even our enemies at peace with us. Your mercy and truth provide atonement for our iniquities and by fear of You Lord we depart from evil. How much better it is to get wisdom than gold! And understanding is to be chosen rather than silver. May we seek You this day with all our hearts, minds, souls and strength and Your kingdom and all things will be added unto us. When we boast let us boast in You Lord Jesus. May praise continually be on our lips as You are high and lifted up forever. Amen.

Galatians 2:6

But from those who seemed to be something--whatever they were, it makes no difference to me; God shows personal favoritism to no man--for those who seemed to be something added nothing to me.

Dear Lord please make me keenly aware of false brethren, the ones who convincingly pass themselves off as Christians. The reason for my ask is too many times they have tried to curtail the liberties You have blessed us with. Their desire to bring me back into bondage of religious rituals and works that add to the finished work of the cross. Expose the trickery and deceit that is legalism. The false teachers who refuse to confess that salvation is Your gift through faith alone in the finished work of Jesus on Calvary. May I only speak and live the truth of the Gospel. I thank You Father for my brothers and sisters in Christ and the blessing that You do not show personal favoritism to any, but Your divine love is the same, steady and constant for all who believe. Peter opened his mouth and said, "In truth I perceive that God shows not partiality", You are the same today as You were yesterday. I thank You Father that the good news is not just for a certain population, but every kind of person is welcomed into Your kingdom. Jesus said "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all the things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always even to the end of the age," Father, i desire to do just that for Your glory and honor. Amen.

Matthew 26:35

Peter said to Him, "Even if I have to die with You, I will not deny You!" And so said all the disciples.

Heavenly and Holy Father, how often we can be swayed by prides bravado. Although You have warned us there will be trials and not to underestimate the extremes test of faith we will encounter in this life, I pray we Your disciples will remain firm on the rock. And when we faulter, may we quickly turn back and be restored. I give thanks for Jesus' intercession on our behalf. May Your Spirit make us aware of the times we subtly deny You in our daily rounds. The big trials are easy to identify but the little foxes can spoil the vine. Make us aware of the clever schemes of the enemy so we may keenly escape the trap. I pray Father You would lovingly break the strongholds in our lives as we walk with You on the narrow road of sanctification. Forgive us for our pride that puffs us up and leads to a fall. May we love mercy, do justly and walk humbly with You our God.  As I ponder Peters words "Even if I have to die with You..." I wonder would I really do just that? I would like to believe I could be so brave, but reality is quite different. I'm so thankful that You who began a work in me will be faithful to see it to completion. I bow my head and bend my knee to You Lord, the King of kings and Lord of lords, the One who is faithful and true. The One the angels say "Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come!" Worthy are You Lord to receive glory and honor and power for You created all things and by Your will they existed and were created. Amen.

1 Thessalonians 4:1

Finally, then, brethren, we urge and exhort in the Lord Jesus that you should abound more and more, just as you received from us how you ought to walk and please God...

You have instructed us Lord Jesus; they will know us as Your followers by our love for one another. So may it be we abound in this more and more. To be found blameless in holiness before You Our God and King. Some among us, appear to be pleasing to You but all the while they are seeking approval from men. May they receive correction and be fully pleasing to You, being fruitful in every good work. I aspire Lord to lead a quiet life, minding my own business, and to work with my hands. The task of walking properly is an essential part of my witness that must remain steady and constant in my life. Just as I'm dependent on my limbs to support my every step, so I am dependent on the Holy Spirit to keep me walking upright and in the right direction. May I walk worthy of the calling, remaining in Your light, that is in Your revealed will. There is still much yet to come, trials and triumphs, worries and wonders, sanctification and satisfactions and through it all may my heart be filled with gratitude. May each passing day be lived out in a way that please You Almighty God. May I be rooted and built up in You Lord, established in faith as I have been taught, and abounding with thanksgiving. May I be aware lest anyone cheat me through philosophy and empty deceit according to the traditions of men. May I not live according to the basic principles of the world but according to You, my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who is the head of all principalities and power. All glory and honors is Yours now and forever more. Amen.

Galatians 2:21

"I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain."

Dear Holy Father,
I did not receive Your Spirit by the works of the law, but by faith. Lord, I pray for your children who have begun in the Spirit and are now trying to be made perfect by their flesh. I rejoice knowing that I have been crucified with Christ and it is no longer I who lives but You who lives in me. May those who are acting foolishly lacking wisdom quickly recall the gospel of Your Sons crucifixion. Remembering that faith comes by hearing and the hearing of Your word. May we rest today in the truth we cannot achieve perfection through our own efforts, but by Your grace through the resurrection power. May we behold the manner of love that You our Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! And now that we are Your children and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, we know when Your Son is revealed we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. Lord thank You that everyone who has this hope will purify themselves, just as You are pure. Thank You Lord that we can come to You at any time confessing our transgressions and You are quick to forgive us. Restoring us to favor by Your grace and we do not have to run around trying to earn our way back to You. Jesus, You spoke the greatest words from the cross, "It is finish." and this was not done in vain. Bless You Jesus for overcoming sin and death, rising in victory over the grave. Bless You for the greatest gift ever given, may we always remember giving thanks and praise. I pray for those who have not met You yet may they be drawn to You, to be given a new life hidden in You. No longer loving the things of the world but loving You the Creator of all things. I love You Lord and in Your mighty name Jesus I pray. Amen.

John 18:1

When Jesus had spoken these words, He went out with His disciples over the brook of Kidron, where there was a garden which He and His disciples entered.

Dear Heavenly Father,
You have asked that I turn to You with all my heart. I should rend my heart and not my garments, returning to You.  You're gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and great in kindness. You have relented from doing harm. You Lord Jesus excuse no one from prayer in times of spiritual emergency. Jesus, You went with Your disciples over the brook of Kidon which means dark or to mourn but it led to a garden. You continually teach me by the power of Your Holy Spirit, just as Your beautiful and precious Son passed through darkness and was brought to the glory of the resurrection to new life, all areas of living must come to death be mourned and released to You to enter into the garden of vitality. I pray Lord as I surrender my health into Your loving care, You will not only heal my body, but my soul that feels defeated from the battle. I pray Lord, You would lead me to the garden so I may eat from the tree of life, nourishing me in wisdom and knowledge on how to proceed in proper caret that is most beneficial for my body. Put to death Lord all my pride that thinks I can handle this on my own. I pray for all those who are faced with health issues that seem enormous, leaving them feeling discourage and helpless, bathe them Lord in Your peace, surround them in love, so they will know You have not forgotten them. Touch them today and heal them both spiritually and physically. Please reveal Yourself to them in mighty ways, may all the world look and be amazed. Comfort those who mourn and are walking in darkness, lead them over the bridge into the garden of peace and rest. Father thank You for hearing my prayers and the prayers of Your children who are in spiritual emergencies, come quickly and speak into our hearts. I love You Lord and place my hope and trust in You and You alone. In Your mighty and matchless name Jesus, Amen.

Romans 2:4

Or do you despite the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?

Heavenly Father thank You for reminding me in the Epistle of Paul the Apostle to Titus. I pray to live subject to rulers and authorities, to obey and be ready for every good work so Jesus may be glorified. I desire to speak evil of no one, be peaceable, gentle, showing humility to all men, for Your honor. I was once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lust and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful and hating others. But when Your kindness and love appeared in Jesus Christ I melted. I realize it is not by my works of righteousness but according to Your mercy that You saved me through the washing of regeneration and the renewing of the Holy Spirit whom You poured out abundantly through Your Son, my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I have been justified by His grace that I may become heir according to the hope of eternal life. It is a faithful saying and the way I desire to affirm constantly, because I believe in You, I shall be careful to maintain good works, the things that are good and profitable for me. Father, You know the deepest desire of my heart is truly that my loved ones know Your goodness that leads to repentance. Please tarry no longer and save them, for Your glory Amen.

Isaiah 8:19

And when they say to you, "Seek those who are mediums and wizards, who whisper and mutter," should not a people seek their God? Should they seek the dead on behalf of the living?

Heavenly Father, Almighty God, I praise You! I give thanks to You for You are good! Your mercy endures forever, hallelujah! Who can utter Your mighty acts? We all have sinned with our fathers, committing iniquity, doing wickedly. We did not understand Your wonders and had forgotten the multitude of Your mercies. Nevertheless, You saved us for Your name's sake. You gave Your perfect Son Jesus to ransom our souls and pluck us from the mirey pit. Yet many still provoke You to anger with their deeds by joining themselves to the evil one by making sacrifices to the dead. There are many who believe the lies of mediums and wizards thinking they deliver divine revelation. The best that could be obtained from these whisperers who are perverted prophets is garbled mutterings. Convict and bring repentance to those who use necromancy to conjure up spirits of the dead to influence events and predict the future. Your word Lord does not teach calling on saints or pleading for help from them. You are the Christ who is set before us as mediator, atoning sacrifice, the great high priest and intercessor, to You alone receive all the glory. Lord, open the eyes of the blind who falsely worship goddesses, saints and idols of various kinds. May You remove hearts of stone and give hearts of flesh to those who are well meaning but very much deceived. You will be coming soon so I ask that You save those I love so they may be with us forever. Amen.

Matthew 11:6

"And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me."

Dear Jesus, You have made the way for us to come to the Father, thank You. You are our hiding place, the sanctuary where I seek refuge, but a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense to many. It grieves me to think of those who shall stumble, fall and be broken, be snared and taken. As I cry out for justice over the wickedness that is prevailing around the nations, believing Your promise they won't prevail for long, I also petition You to have mercy as I remember the days when I too was in rebellion against You. Your amazing grace found me, so I pray it continues to seek out my unsaved loved ones who are in rebellion. You have said rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft. Deliver them from evil Lord. Forgiving them for they know not what they do. Many have turned away because they expected quick swift complete answers to their prayers, but the road can be long, and the key is not to lose hope. May I be open to Your unfolding plan even when it doesn't exactly match my expectations. I pray to not fall away from You do to various trials and testing but cling to Your ever-loving side. It is sad to see that many today as did in the era You walked the earth reject You because You don't fit their preferences or demands. It is stated in the amplified Bible like this; And blessed (joyful, favored by God) is he who does not take offense at Me (accepting Me as the Messiah and trusting confidently in My message of salvation), Lord Jesus I do. Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom, power and glory both now and forever, Amen.

Philippians 1:3

I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine making request for you all with joy...

Blessed are You God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. I come before You today in His great name thanking You Father of tender mercies and the one who comforts us in tribulations may You fill us with Your Spirit to be able to comfort others. May I not be ignorant of the present suffering of the brethren around the world but ask that You would deliver them from evil. I pray for my brothers and sister to have peace and comfort in various trials and the assurance knowing You will never leave or forsake them. Father, I ask for healing rain to fall on those who have infirmities, suffering from various diseases or disabilities to receive answers to their prayers. Father, remember my siblings in Christ who are laboring faithfully to share the gospel especially in hard places, bless and encourage them to continue with joy. Grant wisdom and discernment to those who are called to preach and shepherd Your precious flocks around the globe. Make a way where there seems to be no way for those who are struggling in various areas of life, may the see and experience Your outstretched arm. You are the God of a cattle of a thousand hills whose vats and barns are full so Your children will not live in lack but have provisions needed for this day. Father grant supernatural favor and strategies to those who are working hard to combat evil and bring justice back to the streets so we may dwell in safety. And lastly Father I ask today that You would open the blind eyes and deaf ears to hear the best good news ever, Jesus has risen and paid the ransom for their sins. May the rejoicing in heaven bring a joyful sound that echos through the universe as He is glorified in the lives of the lost. With all my heart I love and praise You now and forever, Amen.

James 5:13

Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalms.

Heavenly Father I pray all Your children walk in wisdom, for the days are evil. May we walk circumspectly not as fools, redeeming the time taking advantage of every opportunity to serve and spread the gospel, the good news the world needs to hear. May we not be unwise but understand what Your will is Lord. May Your church not be under the control of alcohol but be filled with the Holy Spirit. We thank You that we have been sealed by Your Spirit at our new birth and now continually filled moment by moment. Father, I pray You pour out Your Spirit today; first to convict people of their sin so they may repent and be born again and secondly to bring a refreshing on Your church to keep us strong and courageous. So, when we are suffering, we know how to pray as the Spirit will give us utterances and comfort. And when we are cheerful, we can sing making melodies that will praise You and encourage others to continue to fight the good fight of faith. May we continue to give thanks in all things, being built up as a spiritual house, a holy priesthood to bring You glory. May we be humble, submitting to one another in reverence to You Almighty God. Amen.

Luke 9:57

Now it happened as they journeyed on the road, that someone said to Him, "Lord, I will follow You wherever You go."

How many times Lord have I voluntarily said without reservation I will follow You. Now that it's been a while, in my walk with You, I'm even more grateful that Your love keeps no record of my wrongs. My good intentions and zeal have often fallen flat. I pray and seek You Lord about the crossroad I stand at desiring to follow You in the next leg of this journey. There are many opportunities and doors before me, and I desire to do Your will and be the most effective for the advancement of Your kingdom. Jesus, You took the lowly position of a servant and I desire the same but there are so many needs to be filled it is overwhelming. The fields are white and ready, but the laborers are few. I ask Lord for Your extra special blessings on the quiet faithful servants who have served long and hard. Thank You for mounting them up on wings of eagles to soar and not be weary in their well doing. We know that our acts of service are in worship of You and for Your glory, not because we want to earn our salvation for that You have freely given. It is from a heart of gratitude and devotion for the gift You have given that we desire to do Your will and follow You. Strengthen the weak knees and feeble hand that have plowed many a field and sowed many seeds. May we see a bountiful harvest. May many come and follow You Lord Jesus for Your glory, Amen.

Micah 3:5

Thus says the LORD concerning the prophets who make my people stray; who chant "Peace" while they chew with their teeth, but prepare war against him who put nothing into their mouths.

Dear good and gracious God of our fathers and the Lord Jesus Christ all praise be to You. Our Father of compassion and all comfort, we need You now more than ever. The world is rapidly spinning out of control. For far too long the prophets have said peace, but sudden destruction has come upon the earth, there are wars and rumors of wars, earthquakes in various places, strange weather, sickness and food shortages. They have left many unprepared. You have warned us in Your Holy Word to "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits." Father may I be filled with Your power to declare transgressions, revealing sin to those who are deceived thinking their works will save them not seeing they are nothing but filthy rags. There are many in this nation and around the world who abhor justice and pervert equity Father be merciful and reveal their wretchedness before it's too late. May Your children be granted an extra measure of discernment to prepare for what is coming. Father have mercy because from the least of us to the greatest among us we have given in to covetousness, forgive us Lord. We are like sheep without a shepherd going astray. We need Your Holy Spirit to be poured out to return us to order and deliver us from the chaos that swirls around us. May we turn back and love Your name Lord and be Your servants holding fast to Your covenant. Bring us Lord to Your holy mountain and make us joyful in Your house of prayer. May we find peace in Your house of prayer for all nations. Gather us in Lord so we may dwell in safety, protected under the shadow of Your wing. Forgive us Lord we want to say we know not what we are doing but we do. Cleanse us Lord from all our unrighteousness. Be glorified in this hour of history. Amen.

Proverbs 27:6

Faithful are the wounds of a friend, But the kisses of an enemy are deceitful.

Heavenly Father, I pray to have a teachable spirit for it is better to receive an open rebuke than to be fooled by hidden love. Help me Lord to speak truthfully to those whom I love, and You love even more. May I not conceal my love for them with empty words or cheat others with meaningless philosophies according to the traditions of men, the basic principles of the world that are not according to You. May I consider my words carefully as I heed Your instruction Jesus when You said "That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgement. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shall be condemned." When I was a child, I spoke as a child and thought as a child, but when I became an adult, I put away my childish things. Lord, I pray my words would be like apples of gold in settings of silver fitly spoken when needed. The world screams with empty, distracting and confusing words. Mostly everyone wants their opinions heard but very few truly have what You desire to be said. Lord guard my mouth and may I only speak when the Spirit leads as I do not desire to be a resounding gong or clanging cymbal and lack the love that is needed to heal, restore and encourage others. How I desire Lord to live a quiet life with You, working with my hands and minding my own business. Amen.

Romans 8:1

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

Heavenly and Holy Father, I praise You Adonai. The mountains melt like wax at Your presence. The heaven declares Your righteousness and all the people will see Your glory. Let all be put to shame who serve carved images. Who boast in idols. We who love You hate evil! You preserve the souls of Your children, delivering us out of the hands of the wicked. Light is sown for the righteous and You put gladness in our hearts. We shall rejoice in You Lord. Giving thanks at the remembrance of Your holy name. May we walk by Your Spirit and not fulfill the lust of our flesh. May Your power restrain us from the things that contradict Your teachings. We thank You Lord Jesus that You correct those whom You love and are gracious to us when we turn from sin not placing on us condemnation. Thank You for Your loving kindness and tender mercies that are new every day, Father grant Your children to continue on as bearer of truth as many think they will not be held accountable or responsible for their wicked deeds. Repentance is a gift, and we ask Lord that You would bless many more so they too can come into Your presence. Amen.

1 Corninthians 13:3

And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.

Heavenly Father, You have taught us through the love that Jesus poured out on the cross, that it is the love behind the action that gives it value. There has been no greater love than Christ Jesus laying down His life for the salvation of our souls. Father, I confess I do not love well, although I would like to. I often I fall short, forgive me. What is love? It never fails. Love suffers long and is kind, sadly I get impatient in the waiting and can act out in frustration because the change hasn't yet come. Does not envy or behave rudely. Love does not parade itself and is not puffed up. To love is not to think evil and is not provoked. To live life rejoicing in the truth, believing and bearing all things having an enduring hope. The love of Jesus never fails. Help me LORD to continue to put away childish things, maturing in thoughts, and understanding. May I pursue love with a pure heart and motive so others may see You in me. As the days grow darker and the love of many runs cold because wickedness is increasing may I stand firm till the end. Holy Spirit empower me to share the good news that Jesus is the way the truth and life. I will love You, O LORD, my strength. You are my rock, fortress and deliverer the One in whom I will trust. You are worthy to be praised. For You LORD are good and Your steadfast love endures forever, and Your faithfulness to all generations. Amen.

Matthew 28:17

When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted.

Dear Heavenly and Holy Father, doubt is an unwanted foe in the heart of those who believe. yet in many it resides. Thomas who walked with Jesus said, "Unless I see in His hands the print of the nails and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe." Jesus in His grace allowed Thomas to touch Him and said, "Do not be unbelieving but believing." Paul mentions in the letter to the Corinthians when Jesus appeared to the disciples in Galilee there were five hundred or more with them and some of them doubted. I am humbled and thankful that You opened my heart to believe Jesus is the Messiah, the risen Lord. He has said " Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed." Jesus' love for Peter was amazing as he denied three times, but Jesus asked him three times to reaffirm his love and recommissioned him. In some ways Father knowing there were doubters when Jesus rose from the dead, helps me to have pity and continue to intercede on the behalf of those around me today that have not seen and are doubting. I pray Lord, You would bless them with the gift of a new heart of flesh and eyes to see You and believe. Do you love Me more than these? Father, I pray I do. To abide in Jesus and He abide in me for His is the vine and I just a branch who can do nothing apart from Him. Thank You Jesus for loving me as the Father has loved You. I thank You that You have told me this so my joy may be complete. I pray to love others the way You have loved me and be willing to lay down my life for them too. I thank You Jesus for no longer calling me servant but calling me friend. I love You Lord Jesus, may all glory and honor be Yours both now and forever. Amen.
