James 5:2

Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are moth-eaten.

Yikes! Oh Lord, I read these words and wonder about the things that fill my home. I wonder about the ways of the world with all its adornments. I wonder about the merchandise I've purchased being made by employers who treat their employees unjustly? In the ancient world food, costly garments,   precious metals and jewels where outward signs of wealth. Lord nothing has changed, this is still true today. Forgive me Lord for not always having chaste conduct that is accompanied by reverence for You. Father, I confess that often I have been concerned by my outward appearance, the styling of my hair, the wearing of finely made apparel and jewelry that does not illuminate the hidden person of the heart. Let my beauty be that of a gentle quiet spirit and may my home reflect holiness by the people who dwell in it. May the world see Your children robed in righteousness and not in moth-eaten garments that have be devoured by ungodliness. Lord Jesus You are the riches I desire. And how much better to get wisdom than gold! Lord You have instructed it is better to be a poor man that walks in integrity than a rich man with twisted ways. Father I pray for business people who don't walk in honesty and morality, exchanging the well being of their workers for their own personal good. Open there eyes to see only that which is done for You will remain. Change the harden heart of the employers who lacks compassion for their employees who are facing various trails, such as; sick children, ailing elderly parents, pregnancies that are compromised and spouses that are battling illness to survive another day. Lord soften the hearts of those who are so fixed on the bottom line and will take advantage of people caught in the trap of poverty, hiding under the gist of doing good. Teach us Lord to number our days, making the most of ever opportunity to be a blessings to You. Establish the work of our hands. Jesus break our hearts for what breaks Yours. May all we do and say bring glory, and honor to You. In Your precious name of my Lord and Savior, Amen

Mark 8:22

Then He came to Bethsaida; and they brought a blind man to Him, and begged Him to touch him.

Father, I call upon Your name, and speak of Your wondrous works! Let me make known Your deeds to the peoples. Let the hearts of those who seek You rejoice! Many times Lord I have begged You to touch those who are physically blind and those who are spiritually impaired. You have done wonders restoring sight to those who are desperate for a touch. You Lord are the same today as yesterday, I pray by the power of Your Holy Spirit You would open the eyes of the blind today. Do miracles that only You can do for Your glory. I bless You Lord for opening my spiritual eyes. In this passage of scripture You took the blind man out of the town, and when You spat in his eye and laid hands on him, You questioned if he saw anything. The man replied that he saw men like trees walking. Lord I did not have a clear vision of what You wanted me to do next, and just like the man, You removed me from the busy of life, and cleared my vision. It took awhile for things to come in to view, much like seeing men that looked like trees, the image not crystal clear. But now Lord I see. I pray Lord for those who are waiting for Your perfect timing, and eyes to see the vision and plan You have for their futures as they are parked on the side of the road till the fog has pasted before proceeding. Grant an increase in patience to those who have the plan and direction, but are called to sitting still and wait for Your best, not settling for less than the fullness of what You have for them. Thank You Lord for all the blessings You so lovingly give to us. Thank You for being a lamp to our feet and light to our path. Thank You for never leaving us to figure it out on our own but filling us with Your Holy Spirit to lead us and guide us through the shadows of this life. In the name of the Light of the world, Lord Jesus, I pray, Amen.

2 Peter 3:9

The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

For You Lord are good, and ready to forgive. Abundant in mercy to all those who call upon Your Holy name. Give ear, O Lord, to my prayer and attend to the voice of my supplication to hear those Lord that cry out in their troubles, answer them, for there is none like You. For You Lord are great and do wondrous things. You Lord have delivered my soul from Sheol. Bless You Lord Jesus that You take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but You desire for them to turn from their evil ways and live in You. Lord I have heard many say well "I'm a good person", "I don't commit crimes", "I work hard", "I live morally right", Oh Lord my heart trembles with fear for they fail to see You have said "Have no other gods before Me." They have made themselves gods. Open their eyes to see how much they need You. Jesus be the center in their lives. Oh the joy they will receive, the peace that will come upon them and the promise of life everlasting. Open their ear to hear the truth, You are the only way. You Lord are not a liar, and most certainly will not be mocked. The just shall live by faith and believe You are the Savior of the world. As You look upon the proud who's soul is not upright in him, have mercy and forgive them, they no not know what they do. For those Lord that have falling asleep, may all wake from slumber, for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Let us cast off the works of darkness and let us put on the armor of light. Anoint Your children to spread the word, ever knee shall bow and tongue confess You are God. May Your people remain steadfast departing from all forms of sinfulness. Putting on the Lord Jesus Christ and making no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts. May all who are strong in Spirit and Truth come along side those who are weak in their walk, strengthening and encouraging them to finish the race set before us. In Your gracious and loving name Jesus, I pray, Amen.

Matthew 18:4

Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest of in the kingdom of heaven.

You Lord Jesus are the Mighty One who saves. You have rejoiced over us with gladness. You have quieted us with Your love. You count the number of stars and call them by name. Great are You Lord, and so mighty in power. Your understanding is infinite. Our Lord and God lifts up the humble and casts the wicked down to the ground. You Lord do not delight in the strength of horses, and take no pleasure in the legs of men. You take satisfaction in those who fear You, and in those who's hope is in Your mercy. May we all respond rightly to You our great God and King. You Lord resist the proud but give grace to the humble. I pray Lord to be humbled under Your mighty hand. Not to be stiff necked or kneed but bow my heart and life before You. When I think on who would be the greatest in the Kingdom my thoughts are on the One who suffered and died for the souls of many. The One who came down from His throne to wash the feet of others. The One who healed the sick, embraced the outcast, fed the hungry, taught the truth, and honored His Father, the One who opened the eyes of the blind and raised the dead to life. Your name is Jesus.May we raise You high exalting You above all things. You Lord are the only One that is the great in all the heavens and the earth below. No, Lord there is none like You! May we cast all our cares and desires for status upon You, roll up our sleeves and live by Your example to love one another as You have so graciously loved us. All glory, honor and praise is Yours Jesus for ever and ever. Amen.

John 1:18

No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.

Dear Lord God Almighty,
You are great, the King eternal, immortal, invisible. God alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. The only one not limited to time and space. God is Spirit. May all the true worshipers worship You in spirit and truth. Lord Jesus I stand in awe of Your intimate face-to-face relationship with the Father. I stand in awe how He made Himself visible to our human eyes through You His beloved Son. You Jesus are the image of the invisible God the firstborn over all creation. Now I know fully and understand, You have risen from the dead and I can not see You in physical form today, just like I do not see the Father, but I rejoice knowing You are in the bosom with Him. I rejoice knowing the day will come when I will have the privilege to see You face-to-face as well, and we will spend eternity together. Oh glory! The glorious moment when I come into Your presence, being embrace with pure love and peace. Oh glory! To bow before You and kiss Your feet. Oh glory! Let these thoughts carry me merrily through this day. May all I do bring honor to You, in Jesus name I pray, Amen.

1 Timothy 6:6

Now godliness with contentment is great gain.

Dear Holy Father,
You are gracious and full of compassion sending redemption. Holy and awesome is His name. Father I raise up to You the fools that despise wisdom and instruction may their hearts be softened to the truth of Your Son Jesus Christ. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. To walk in humility, grace, purity and reverence of You our great God and King brings a lifetime of contentment. May all rejoice in You always. Again I will say rejoice! The blessing to know whatever state we are in to be content is of great gain. We have brought nothing into this world and it is certain we can carry nothing out. Let us consent to the wholesome words of our Lord Jesus Christ, to love the Him with all our hearts, minds, and souls and our neighbors as ourselves. Lord I pray for the wisdom and inner godliness that does not produce a vacuum of greed. The insatiable desire that drives us into temptation, snares, and foolish and harmful lusts that drag us into the pit where our souls drown. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit so we may fight the good fight of faith turning from the love of money, power and the likes to the pursuit of joy, hope, love and peace. May we not be haughty, putting our trust in uncertain riches but in You the Living God who gives us richly in all things to enjoy. Thank You Lord for putting fear into my heart to grow in wisdom. Happy is the person who has wisdom, and gains understanding for the proceeds are better than profit of silver and fine gold. Wisdom is more precious than rubies, and all the things we desire cannot compare with it.  May all get wisdom, get understanding so they may be blessed with life and life more abundantly. In Your name Jesus I pray, Amen.

Hebrews 11:6

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Dearest Lord and Savior,
Please-meaning to give pleasure or satisfaction. So simple a desire You have Lord for all to have faith in You. How I would love to behold Your face when someone asked You into their heart. My mind so small it only has a tiny glimpse of it. Jesus, the thought of the lost running into Your loving arms causes joy in the form of tears to pour forth from my eye as I imagine the wonder of it. Father I pray for those who have made the choice to please You, may You bless them with rewards without measure. Many Lord believe in You even though they are going through various trials, standing firm, especially those who are pleasing You with strong faith as they are being persecuted. Comfort, encourage and reward them, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Strengthen their loved ones as they call to You for relief. As they press in seeking You reveal Yourself in wonderfuls way. Hold them close under the shadow of Your wing. Pour out Your Holy Spirit on those in prison just because they call You Lord Jesus. Soften the hearts of those who are afraid of You and try to squelch Your Spirit. May they know the truth and be set free. Some Lord say they believe in You, yet do not receive the forgiveness You give. May their eyes be open to the falseness of their prideful thinking. This is not the humility You desire, saying they are unworthy to receive You and rejecting Your offering putting their faith in their own works of good deeds. They do not fully understand Your loving sacrifice on the cross. The magnitude of Your greatness to be raised from the dead. Lord none of us are worthy of You, but I bless the day my heart was open to receive Your loving gift. I pray all will come to the knowledge and the end of themselves to embrace the truth that no one come to the Father unless through the Son. False pride must be laid down, the shedding of self must be replaced by the robe of righteousness. May we diligently seek You, In Jesus name I pray. Amen

Joel 3:14

Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decisions.

"Now therefore," says the Lord, "Turn to me with all Your heart." Lord I give You my heart completely. Your are gracious and merciful. Slow to anger and great in kindness, and relent from doing harm. I know in my life this to be true, for many a time You have turned Your wrath from me even leaving a blessing undeserved behind. Father You have pitied me and I have been astonished by Your gift of grain, new wine and oil. I will rejoice Father, You have given Your Son Jesus the bread of life, the cup of salvation and Your Spirit poured upon me. You have dealt wonderfully with me. You have promised that I would never be put to shame and I would see wonders. I pray Lord for the wonder and miracle of salvation for those who are standing in the valley of their lives, with many decisions. May they call upon Your name Jesus, and be saved. May they make the decision and choice that counts the most, to love and honor You all their days. And You will restore what the years of swarming locust have eaten. The crawling locust, the consuming locust, and the chewing locust so to speak which are the things of this life that devour ever good blessing that has come down from You. Father I thank You that many multitudes will hear the trumpet blast and rise to run into Your loving arms, to spend eternity with You. Thank You Lord for restoring the areas of my life that have come under attack by the pestilent of this world. You have exterminated the enemy that has wanted to destroy my joy, hope and peace. He is under Your feet, thank You Jesus. You have done it for me how much more You will do for others. I stand in awe of Your greatness Lord for You are the only One worthy of praise, glory and honor. In the Mighty, Magnificent and Marvelous name of Jesus, the name above all names I pray, Amen.

Mark 1:8

"I indeed baptize you with water, but He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit."

Dear Holy Father,
I love Your word Lord. I bless You for the voice that spoke to me in the darkness long ago. The person who cried out into my wilderness telling me to prepare a way in my heart to be transformed. Calling out for confession on my sins, changing the course of my life for ever. I bless You Lord for sending those who forgo worldly goods being satisfied with the simplicity of life for a greater treasure, ones that have been stored up in heaven. Lord, I desire that same uncomplicated lifestyle. I confess my preference has been cashmere over camel hair and tea instead of locusts with honey. My heart longs to share the good news of Your beautiful Son who has baptized me with the Holy Spirit. Father, this is no subtle event in my life. I bless Jesus for softened my heart to let go of all the things that where defining my days, things that became old, tired and worn because of my endless efforts for the so called good life. Your blessing of someone far more greater and wonderful, the beloved Counselor, Your Holy Spirit living in me, leading and guiding me in all ways. Father I pray for all those who are hanging onto their ways of doing things that leave them weary, worried and weight down, may the winds of change blow through their lives. I pray the soft gentle breeze of the Holy Spirit blows through their desert kissing their dry and parched souls bringing renewal from deep within. May change in the direction and course of their lives come by heart felt confessions that rise to their chapped, cracked lips to be met by You the Living Water that will quench their thirst. Lead them Lord Jesus to the Oasis. The Land flowing with milk and honey, into a life that is sweeter and blessed. Thank You Lord for the gift and the honoring of Your promises. I love You Lord Jesus. In Your mighty name I pray, Amen.

Matthew 22:9

Therefore go into the highways and as many as you find, invite to the wedding.

I will extol You, my God, O King. I will bless Your name for ever and ever. Every day I will bless You. I will praise Your name forever and ever. Great are You Lord and greatly to be praised. Your greatness is unsearchable. Oh Lord, I bless the day I received Your invitation to come to the banquet. Preparing me in advance by covering me with the garment of salvation. Blessing me with a precious gift, a robe of righteousness received from my Prince Jesus Christ. I rejoice greatly!  You have adorned me with many jewels, the gems of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness as I wait for Your return with self-control. Father during this time use me to hand deliver invitations for other to come. Use the gifts and talents You have blessed me with to share the good news. Jesus is the Alpha and Omega the beginning and the end, the first the last the bright and Morning Star. Let the Spirit and the bride say, "Come!"  Let him who hears say "Come!"  Father, I pray many will respond to the invite to come and spend eternity with You. May they see You have prepared the feast. My heart Lord is concerned for those who have made light of it and have gone their way, some to their farm, others to their business and other off seeking worldly pleasure. Open their eyes to see, and unstop their ears to hear that when the King comes, they must be dressed and ready, for when the banquet door closes there will be no way to enter in. Father, I pray Your invitation will be received by those who know they are not worthy, but with humble heart bow before You to accepting the offering You have giving through Your Son for life everlasting. In Jesus beautiful and holy name, Amen.

John 8:12

Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying "I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life."

Shine Jesus Shine! Your love arises like the morning sun over the waters of darkness. I am blessed, You have opened my eye to the brilliance of Your grace and mercy. How great thou are, How great thou are! Father I pray for those who falter between two options. It seems so simple darkness leads to death and Light leads to life, and yet so many are seduced by the powers of the evil one. Who's promises are empty. You are Lord God, may many chose to follow after You today. Illuminate the pathway, leading and guiding us in the way that is good. Lord when I am asked why I believe You are good, let the joy of my heart flow forth proclaiming the words of my testimony, faith, hope and love in Jesus has saved me. Truly the greatest of all is love. Your perfect love Lord has cast out all fear, because fear is what had tormented me for far to many years. Father fill us with Your Spirit today, because we are Yours and greater are You than he who is in the world. May we go forth loving one another so the world will know we are born of You. Thank You Father for Your only begotten Son, Your love was made manifest so we may be called Your children. Thank You for the gift of this life, and I give it back to You. Use me today Lord to share Your love, grace, mercy, peace and joy to the lost and hurting world around me. Let Your light come forth through me to cast out hopelessness and despair. Lord may Your church shine forth like a bright city on a hill, calling out to those who are weary and heavy laden to find rest among us who believe in the risen King. I pray Lord for refreshing on Your beautiful servants who tirelessly tend to the needs of the world. Light their day and Jesus be glorified. I love You Lord, You light up my life! In the name Jesus I pray, Amen.

Revelation 7:17

...for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living waters and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.

Dear Lord God Almighty,
You are the one who comes out of great tribulation, and washes our robes in Your precious blood and makes them white as snow. Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom, Thanksgiving and honor and power and might, Be to You our God forever and ever. Bless You Lord for Your Holy Spirit that leads and guides me to do Your will. Meeting the outcast yesterday was humbling. As we gathered in our house of worship, right outside the doors was a broken and desperate man. Your divine prompting causing me to leave my seat, to come in contact with a man hurting, crying out in pain, and wanting to end his suffering not in the best of ways. My heart Lord calls to You the God who sees, the outcast who has come to the place of total darkness and wandering the wilderness. But how great and loving a Father You are for You desire for none to perish. Your love Oh, Lord flowing through me to wipe away the tears of a stranger. One who knew no love but now has had a sampling of Your goodness. Father, I know there are many who hurt privately. Their hearts twisted and riddle with pain, guilt and suffering. The vulnerable targets for the enemy, the prince of darkness to worm his way in with lies such as; you are not worth it, you messed up to bad, nobody cares about you, go ahead end it all. But they are ALL lies from the pit of hell. Lord I pray for Your peoples eyes to be sharp, our hearts open and our spirits willing to go where You send us to reach down into the pit to pull out the stranger, friend or family member that is crying out in the stillness and quiet that is deafening to their loneliness. Lord may Your church arise, and step out to be Your loving hands and feet, hugging and loving those who know no love and long for tender embrace. Bless You Lord for ordering my day yesterday to share the Your love, my precious Savior, Jesus Christ. Be with him today and send more encouragers to minister to this man that You created with Your loving hands. May we be a willing people to see beyond the outward appearance of a battered and neglected body to see the soul that will one day come to spend eternity in either heaven or hell. I love You Lord Jesus and so glad You have made me Yours. In  Your beautiful and great name, Amen.

Luke 6:48

He is like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently against the house, and could not shake it, for it was founded on the rock.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Fill me with Your wisdom so I may be like a wise one who builds their house with Christ as the cornerstone. May each course laid be cemented in prayer, faith and hope. I have seen to many foolish people pull down their homes with their own hands. Bringing devastation on their loved ones. It is better to trust in You Lord, than put confidence in others and things. Many builders reject the stone, the rock on which I stand. Many storms of life have come and gone, and Your Lord Jesus have remained with me through them all. You are forever holding me up and keeping me strong. I pray Lord for people to choose wisely, knowing there is no other foundation on which to construct their lives than You. The most wonderful thing about You Lord is that Your mercy endures forever. You can rebuild any life, transforming it into something so beautiful. Revealing that it could have only been made with Your loving hands. Thank You Lord for seeing what we cannot see in the rumble that remains from life's quakes that can shake loose those who thought they were safe. You never leave Your children, and You are always on time. Father, I pray for those who are trying to pick up the pieces, or sweep them away, may they call to You and receive Your quick response. You Lord can do exceedingly abundantly more than we could hope or imagine. Thank You Lord for the trials that draw the spiritually homeless to receive the promise of life everlasting in Your kingdom. I love You Lord. Amen.

Luke 6:45

A good man out of the good treasures of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasures of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.

Lord I will sing and rejoice! Oh I shall rejoice greatly in my Lord and God! My soul shall be joyful in You. Father, today my cup is running over. I can barely contain it. Let me speak Lord of Your greatness. I am humbled by Your glory divine. I need to shout and tell the world of all the great and wonderful things You have done. Father that You have leaned Your ear to hear me crying out on behalf of my loved ones and You have not tarried. The beautiful healing hand of Jesus touching my dear ones, who are now receiving good report from their doctors as conformation of Your gift. Your graciousness in opening doors of opportunities to those in need of work. Your mercy restoring those who have strayed, stumbled or fallen. Oh, Lord You are so great and greatly to be praised! I marvel at the blessings You have poured upon my loved ones and stand in awe and wonder of it all. You have overwhelmed me with treasures, my mouth must speak of them. Oh Majesty, I just want to sing, I just want to dance!!! My heart is so glad, for You have heard me when I've gone to my room and shut the door to be alone with You. Truly, Lord sweeter the honey! Thank You Lord for this day You have made I will rejoice and be glad in it! I love You Lord Jesus, with all my heart, mind, soul and strength. Hallelujah, You reign! May Your blessings continue to rain down on Your children. Be magnified. Bless You Lord Jesus, Amen.

Hebrews 4:1

Therefore since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come short of it.

Oh my God and King I give You thanks. Making known Your deeds among the people. I will sing, yes sing psalms to You. I will talk of Your wondrous works. Glory in Your Holy name. May the hearts of those rejoice who seek You!  You Lord will remember Your covenant forever. Therefore, I pray for Your beloved children, knowing we have the promise of entering Your rest, let us be cleansed from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting Holiness in reverence to You our God.  Lord, I look around and see us living in the land of plenty. A place flowing with milk and honey and yet there is no rest. So many trying to work it out on there own, seeking peace in many forms. There is a way that seems right to them, but in the end is the way of death. Father they are missing out on Your sweet goodness. So many when asked say they know You, yet do not believe in Your greatness. How sad to see them grouping and grasping at the wind. May all those who labor to achieve serenity lay down their efforts, to receive tranquility from You Lord Jesus. May all striving cease. Lord You have instructed us to have no other gods before You, I pray many will come to understand when they place other things before You there is no peace. You will not be mocked. Yet are always patiently waiting for those to answer the door when You knock. Lord, I lay these concerns at Your feet, where Your mercy and grace are, asking You to intercede on the behalf of those in my life who have not come into the fullness of Your rest. I pray Lord for an outpouring of Your Holy Spirit and bath them in peace. Lord bless You for in You I know I can rest. I love You Lord Jesus, Amen.

Matthew 1:18

Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit.

Holy, Holy, Holy is He, Lord God Almighty,
You Lord Jesus as a child were said to have eaten curds and honey, and knew from birth to refuse the evil and choose the good. Immanuel, God with us.  For unto us a child was born, unto us a Son was given. You Lord Jesus are the only One called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father and Prince of Peace. The government will be upon Your shoulder. You Lord Jesus grew to be a man, with my name inscribed in the palm of Your hand. Could a nursing women forget her child, and not have compassion on the son of her womb? So it is true of You. Lord You have never left me or forsaken me, even in the most difficult of hour, when my heart, flesh and soul cried out to You. My ever present help in time of need is what You are Jesus, thank you. The promises and blessings of salvation, brought to remembrance in the partaking of the broken bread and poured out wine. Symbols of Your gift of mercy and grace. Your beautiful and humble words spoken at the last supper when gave an invitation for us to receive Your gift. You broke the bread, saying "Take eat; this is My body given up for you." then taken the cup saying, "Drink from it, all of you. For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins." " Do this in remembrance of Me."  Lord I thank You for the cross, I remember You. I have tasted and seen You are good. All glory and honor are Yours Lord Jesus forever and ever Amen.

Ephesians 2:7

...that in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness towards us in Christ Jesus.

Dear Heavenly Father,
By Your loving grace You have saved us through faith in Your Son. Lord God, You have bless me with a great gift, I shall not boast in any work of my own. I am Your workmanship, created in Christ for Your good works which You have prepared for me before hand. Bless You Lord for making me alive when I was dead to sin as I was walking according to the world. According to the prince of power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience among whom I once was. Oh but Lord You are rich in mercy and great in love. Let me set my mind on things that are above and not on things on the earth, having died and my life is now hidden in Christ. I pray Lord to love others for this kind of love is of You Lord God. May it reveal that I have be reborn. Father, Your love was made manifest toward us when You sent Your only begotten Son into the world, so we may live through Him. Father my heart cries out for those who lives seem to be trapped in sin. The ones who feel hopeless thinking they have strayed to far, fearing that Your love will not reach them. They are hiding in the shadows of darkness that lurks upon them for bad choices made. The pain deep inside they have used all the pleasures of this world to numb it. Lord may they come to understand You are the One who heals, and binds of the brokenhearted. No matter how far they have fallen in to the pit, Your love will reach down an lift them out. I pray Lord for the Holy Spirit to move their mouths to call to You. I believe Your love is so great it  covers a multitude of sins and wash even the dirtiest of souls clean for Your glory. Thank You Lord that today there will be great rejoicing in heaven, as prodigals are coming home. I love You Lord and bless the day You saved me from my wretched self. In the Beautiful name of Jesus. Amen.

John 12:26

If anyone serves Me let him follow Me, and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor.

Dear Lord God Almighty,
My one desire is to lose my life in You, so I may find it. There is no profit if I gain the whole world and lose my soul. Lord Jesus I am not ashamed to call You my Lord and God. May I deny myself and pick up my cross to follow after You. Father You know my heart, and have purified it by faith in You Son Jesus Christ, so I may have the treasure of Your Holy Spirit in this earthen vessel. May the excellence of the power may be of You and not of me. Even though I may be hard-pressed on every side, I am not crushed. I may be perplexed but not in despair, struck down, but not destroyed, because I am always carrying about in my body the dying of my Lord Jesus, so His life may be made manifest in me. I believe Father that by the same Spirit that raised up Your Son, You will also raise us up. I rest in the knowledge of You my God and not in feelings and emotions. I pray for Your people to not lose heart, even though our outward man is perishing, the inward man is being renewed day by day. Lord let us remember that our light afflictions are for but a moment, and is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory. Let us not look to the things that are seen, but to look on the things that are not seen. May our hearts and minds be fixed on the eternity. I thank You Father that my brother and sister will not be shaken by afflictions, for You have told us before hand that we would suffer for Your name sake. Be glorified in the lives of Your Children. Mount them up on wings of eagles to soar high above their circumstances. Bless them today with all the good things only You can give. Lord may I serve You Your hearts desire today, loving as You have loved. In Your beautiful name Jesus, I pray. Amen.

John 8:21

Then Jesus said to them again, "I am going away, and you will seek Me, and will die in your sin. Where I go you cannot come.

Dear Lord,
Again and again You have said that we would die in our sins if we do not believe in You. Lord Jesus I believe with all my heart, You are the risen Son of our Father in heaven. You are the mighty King who has step down from His throne humbling Yourself to bear my sins, shame and those of the world. You Lord Jesus are my Lord and God. You are the Light of the World and in You there is no darkness in my life. You have given a new commandment much like the old one Moses gave when he said "Love your neighbor as yourself." but You have called us to an even deeper selfless place, love one another as I have loved you. Lord there is no greater love than when You laid down Your life to call us friend. I pray Lord to love as You loved, serve as You served by washing the feet of Your people. I am confident that You Lord who as started a good work in me will see it to completion. Smooth out the rough spots to make me a humble servant. I thank You Father for each special person in this life You have given. I bless you on every thought of them. I request Your blessings be poured upon children and Your joy would overwhelm and consume them. As You well know many are facing various trials, and they are cling to Your hope and promises, while Jesus has ascended into heaven and sits at the Your right hand, You have sent the Holy Spirit to fill us with perfect peace in all situations. Bless the Lord O my soul for the knowing whom You have set free is free indeed. Thank You for the gift of payment for our entrance fee to heaven, so we may one day join You at the banquet table and rejoice!  I love You Lord, Amen.

Matthew 18:35

"So My heavenly Father also will do to you if each of you, from his heart, does not forgive his brothers his trespasses."

Dear Heavenly Father,
You Lord are slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. I should do the same. You have said "As far as the east is from the west, so far You have removed our transgressions from us." I should do the same. You Lord have not dealt with me according to my sins, nor punished me according to my iniquities. I should do the same. This morning Lord I ask for You to search me, and see if there are any wicked ways in me. Lead me Lord in the way of everlasting that starts with a clean heart. May forgiveness have its way in me, not holding on to any transgressions. Lord I pray to be kind to others, tender-hearted, and forgiving as You have been towards me. May I be an imitator of Jesus and walk in love. Let no corrupt word proceed from my mouth, only that which is good and necessary for the edification of Your body, the church. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor and evil speaking be put away from me. As I listen intently for the sound of Your voice may I hear where the hidden hurts have been tucked away. Father, thank You for Your Son who has set me free from my sin, may I not hold another captive for the errors inflicted upon me. Let my heart be light and filled with peace to freely fellowship with You. I pray Lord for those who have been carrying  heavy bags of unforgiveness may they drop them now, to be free to live a life of joy. As I look in to the faces hardened by years of mercilessness towards others I'm sad, thinking that have not tasted Your goodness and grace for the wrongs they themselves have done. Father, reveal the beauty of Your Son to those who are bitter and angry, let them drink from the cup that is sweet. Bless You Lord for open my eyes to see Your majesty, splendor and greatness. All glory and honor is Yours, Jesus. In Your name I pray. Amen.

Philippians 4:11

Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content.

Bless the Lord O my soul; and all that is within me, bless Your Holy name. I will bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all Your benefits. Bless You Jesus the One who forgives all my iniquities, heals my diseases, and has redeems my life from destruction. I see Your face in righteousness. I will be satisfied when I awake in Your likeness. There are ways Lord that seem right to man, but in the end is the way to death. To a hungry soul every bitter thing seems sweet.  A good man will be satisfied from above. I bless You Lord for discernment to know it is You Lord who fills my cup, and are my one true desire. Your love is satisfaction to the point where I am not disturbed or disquieted by the circumstances of life. Thank You Lord for teaching me to know how to enjoy plenty, to live with grace in times of abundance, to walk humbly in times of need, to have joy in both times of sufficiency and times of want. Father I pray to live a life of godliness for in doing so it is contentment with great gain. To be content knowing You have promised to never leave me or forsake me, so I may boldly say, "You Lord are my helper. I will not fear." May my conduct be without covetousness, but with good conscience, desiring to live honorably. May all Your church not seek the gifts but the giver of the gifts. Resting in You Lord knowing You will supply all our need according to Your riches in glory. Let our minds and hearts think on You Jesus, the One who is noble, true, just, pure, and lovely. Father thank You for Your precious and beautiful Son, thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us always and in always. In the glorious name of Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior I pray. Amen.

Philemon 18

But if he has wronged you or owes anything, put that on my account.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Teach me Your ways, that I may walk in Your truth. Unite my heart to fear Your name. I will praise You, O Lord my God with all that is within me. I will glorify Your name forevermore. Great is Your mercy toward me. Lord Jesus You have bore my griefs, and carried my sorrows. On You Lord Jesus was laid the iniquities of us all. Thank You Lord for this indescribable gift! The magnitude so great it rocked the world. I pray therefore as part of Your elect to put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, and long suffering. Father by Your Spirit may we bear with one another and forgive one another, as Christ has blessed us with forgiveness. Today Lord may we put on the bond of love which is Your perfection and let Your peace rule in our hearts. Above all let fervent love for each other cover a multitude of sins. I pray Lord for the times we have been wronged may we place it on Your account being set free to admonish one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in our hearts unto You. Father may all we do in word or deed be for Your glory. Let all that we do be done heartily as to You our Lord not as eye service, or as men-pleasers. Let us rest in the knowing that those who do wrong and are unrepentant will be repaid for what they have done, and there is no partiality. Lord I pray for those who are lost in sin, not coming to You in humble submission to be washed and made clean, open their eyes to see the error of their ways. May they come to You to receive forgiveness and be set free for all eternity. I pray today there will be much rejoicing in heaven at sinners coming home. Thank You for the many names that will be written in Your book of life. In joy and thanksgiving I pray in Your Holy name, Jesus, Amen.

Mark 4:19

...and the cares of the world, the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things entering in choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. Lord Jesus all things where made through You. In You Lord Jesus is life. Things that are impossible for me are possible with You. Lord I pray for the wisdom to watch over my heart so it will not be weighed down with the cares of this life and all it's enticements. I pray for my friends and family to be counted worthy to escape all the earthly pleasures that vie for their attention, distracting them from You the giver of all good things. Lord Jesus You are the wholesome Word, let not the corruption of the truth pollute our minds. I pray for the strength for myself as well as my loves ones to withdraw ourselves from envy, strife, reviling, evil suspicions and useless wranglings, but may we be filled with godly contentment which is great gain. Lord You have said "To the pure all things are pure."  I pray we will not profess to know You, yet live lives that deny You. Let me be reminded to obey, be ready for every good work, to speak evil of no one, to be peaceable, gentle, and showing humility to all men. Remembering I was once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful and hating others. Oh but the glorious day when the kindness and love of God my Savior appeared not by works of righteousness which I have done but according to Your mercy. You saved me by the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit. May I be reminded You've poured out love abundantly on me. I've been justified by Your grace to become heir according to the hope of eternal life. May the Word in me be fruitful for Your glory. In Your name Jesus I pray, Amen.

Romans 8:18

For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed to us.
\
Dear Heavenly Father,
This morning I gird up my loins of my mind, being sober in my thoughts and resting my hope fully upon Your grace, knowing through this test I would be brought to a deeper revelation on Your precious Son Jesus Christ. I will greatly rejoice, even though for a little while I have been grieved by this trial I know it is polishing the genuineness of my faith. Father I understand that my faith and trust in You is more precious than gold. May You find it to be pure in Your sight. Even though I have not physically seen You, I love You with all my heart. I'm rejoicing in the knowing You will come again in glory and all the earth will praise You. Father I pray to not focus on my current circumstance but on the coming of the King of kings and Lord of lords, Your one and only Son, Jesus Christ. As is written in Revelations; Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. And behold He is coming on the clouds, and every eye will see Him. Jesus, You are the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the End. You Lord sit on the throne and make all things new. You will dwell with us and we shall be Your people. You Lord will wipe away every tear from our eyes and there will be no more death, no more sorrow, no more crying for there shall be no more pain, for the former things will have passed away. Yes Lord, You will make all things new. I pray these words will bring hope to Your children that are facing various trails, sickness, loss of loved ones, loss of employment, financial strains, family conflicts and addictions. May they find hope and rest in You always and forever. Send Your peace by the power of Your Spirit speaking into their heart as they draw near to You. Lord we lay down our burdens at Your feet so our arms may be outstretched to You to lift us up and hold us in Your loving embrace. Thank You. In the glorious name of Jesus, Amen.

Ephesians 3:16

...that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man...

This morning I bow my knee to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ praying for my brothers and sisters, who have You dwelling in their hearts.  Lord may they be filled with the fullness of You. Increase our comprehension of the width, length, height  and depth of Your love that we may be rooted and grounded in it. As I think on this description, I'm awestruck, they are the dimensions of the cross. Truly there is no greater love then this, the gift from Calvary. Your mercy stretches out wide like loving arms embracing us. Endless is the length You have gone to redeem our souls. The height of Your love reaches the highest heavens and beyond. Your grace so deep it over came the darkest depths of sin. I pray Lord for all to know that the sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to You God who has given us victory through Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. Father fill Your children today with strength by Your Spirit to be steadfast and immovable, always abounding in Your work, knowing that our labor is not in vain. May all we do Lord be done with love. Remembering that therefore there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. Thank You Jesus for setting me free from the law of sin and death. Bless You Lord for the revelation to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Thank You Lord that You work all things out for good for those who love You and are called for Your purpose. Jesus be glorified today in the lives of Your children. I crown You with many crowns today. You Lord reign over ever area of my life. Jesus have Your way in me. Amen.

Ruth 1:20

But she said to them, "Do not call me Naomi; call me Mara, for Almighty has dealt bitterly with me.

Oh Dear Lord,
I'd like to think I've never felt as Naomi did, but that would be a lie. Truth is Lord with this current condition of my body I feel resentment. I confess this and ask Your forgiveness, as Your purposes are not to make me bitter but better. At times it is difficult to see the end of the road but I will lift my eyes to the hills, from whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord , who has made heaven and earth and me. You Lord are my Keeper. Lord I pray You preserve me from evil thoughts such as discouragement, doubt, and fear from this time forth, and even forevermore. So my mouth will be filled with laughter and my tongue with singing. I shall proclaim that the Lord has done great things for me, and I am glad. Those Lord who sow in tears shall reap in joy. I pray for those who continually go forth with weeping, bearing seeds for sowing, they shall doubtless come again with rejoicing. Lord Jesus You are the restorer of life and the one who nourishes us in our old age. Bless You Lord for You turn the bitter water sweet. Bless You Jesus for You are my Redeemer. There is no one sweeter, truer, or more lovable than You!  Jesus be glorified in the lives of Your children who went out full and have come back empty. Let us not look to our circumstance but to You Almighty God, El Shaddai, who is all sufficient. Father pluck out all roots of bitterness and fill us with Your Holy Spirit. Let us never forget the courageous and loyal gift from the cross. Thank You Jesus for laying down Your life that we may live. In the sweetest name Jesus, I pray, Amen,

Jonah 2:2

And he said: "I cried out to the Lord because of my affliction, and He answered me. Out of the belly of Sheol I cried, and You heard my voice."

Dear Heavenly Father,
My soul has fainted within me, but I remember You are my Lord. My prayers go up to You, crying out for You to give heed to my voice. Jesus You are my King and my God. To You I will pray, my voice You shall hear in the morning. I will look up and wait for You to speak into my heart. Lord You are good to those who wait for You, to the soul that seeks You. It is so good that I should hope and wait quietly. Your compassion Lord fails not. They are new every morning. Great is Your faithfulness! Great Lord is Your faithfulness! You Lord are my portion says my soul, therefore I hope in You dear Jesus. Thank You Lord for the answers to the affliction I face. Thank You Lord for the endurance to overcome this illness. Jesus I pray by the power of Your Holy Spirit You would reach down in to the belly of the fish and lift out those who are suffering in the darkness of disease. Hear the cries of Your children who in the silence of the night call to You for relief. Jesus be merciful to those who are suffering physically, emotional or spiritually. Only You can save those who's hearts have been cast deep into the sea. Rescue those who are overwhelmed by the flood of pain that are like billows and waves passing over them. Lord You are the creator of all things. You are sovereign and in control of every aspect of our lives, speak to the fish that has gobbled us up so to speak and command it to release us unto dry land. Let all those who have faith in You, but are being held captive by the whale of sickness be healed to arise and go to where You send them sharing the message You tell them. Jesus is the Savior of the World, believe in Him and have life everlasting. Thank You Lord for leaning Your ear. Thank You for Your mercy and grace. I love You Jesus. In Your Your name that is the fragrance of life, not the stench of death. Amen.

Exodus 15:20

Then Miriam the prophetess, the sister of Aaron, took the timbrel in her hand; and all the women went out after her with timbrels and with dances.

Dear Heavenly Father,
I sing to You my Lord and God, for You triumph gloriously!! You turn the bitter water sweet. The horse and the rider has been thrown into the sea! You are my strength and song. You are my salvation. You are my God and I shall praise You!  You Lord are a man of war, who has overcome all sickness and disease. Your right hand, O Lord, has become glorious in power. and dashed the enemy in to pieces. Jesus You have overtaken the enemy that has attacked my body. There is none like You Lord. I shall not be afraid, for You have accomplished this. Jesus, thank You for fighting for me and I shall hold my peace given to me by Your Holy Spirit. Thank You Lord for parting the sea for me to walk on dry ground, I shall not fix my eyes on the walls of water to my left or right that seem to want to crash down on me, or listen to the sound of the chariots that chase after me, but be completely fixed on the Lover of my Soul, my Healer, Redeemer, and best friend. Today Lord Jesus I pick up my tambourine and dance, my lips will sing a new song of praise to You for all the things You have already done and the things You will continue to do but most importantly because You are the only One worthy of praise! Father I pray for all those who are praising You through the storms of their lives, may You meet them in the midst and bless them abundantly. Shower Your love upon Your children and Your children's children for the generation to come. Raise up Your people to be that bright city on the hill for all to see Your glory. Bless You Lord, in Your beautiful name Jesus, Amen.

Luke 18:42

Then Jesus said to him, "Receive your sight; your faith has made you well."

Rejoice! My heart rejoices! Lord You are the same yesterday as today. You Jesus are seated on the throne. You are Lord over my life, which includes and not limited to my physical body. My hope and trust is in You. Although at time my faith is small, You have said I only need to have faith of a mustard seed and I would see mountains move. As I read my Bible today, I read these words spoken by You over and over to those in need of a healing touch. "Arise go your way. Your faith has made you well.", Daughter be of good cheer; your faith has made you well. Go in peace.", "Your faith has saved you. Go in peace.", "Go your way; your faith has made you well." "Daughter, your faith has made you well." "According to your faith let it be to you."  Lord, I certainly can hear You now. I believe You. Thank You for the cross where You died to take my infirmities away. Thank You for the filling of the Holy Spirit that is greater than he who is in the world. Bless You Lord Jesus, You are the Alpha and Omega, the Author and Finisher of my faith. That same faith that raised You from the dead to new life has healed me. Thank You Lord for Your mercy and grace. Thank You Lord for healing me and making me well. I count it all joy to have various trails so my faith may be test to bring glory and honor to Your Holy, and Precious name. I love You Lord. I pray for all those who are waiting for healing, may they arise and go their way, for their faith and trust in You has made them well. Father, pour out Your Spirit. Do miracles today. Shine Jesus shine! Worthy are You, oh Lord God Almighty. Be magnified!  In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
