And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love aides in God, and God is in him.
Oh Father how we should love one another as You have and still love us. You are love and have shown Your great love by laying down Your life for us. There is no great love than Jesus! You are perfect! Father bring revelation by Your Spirit to those who say "I love God" yet hate their brother. They are liars, for how can they not love a brother whom they see, and yet love You whom they have not seen. Jesus You have given the commandment, that he who loves God must love his brother also.
How beautiful to behold the abiding love between You Father and Your dear beloved Son. There is no striving, domination, obligation or competition between You just peace, wholeness and joy, which is true love in its pure unadulterated form. So Lord may we love one another revealing to the world that You live in us and we abide with You. Oh Father that we should behold how good and pleasant it is, for brethren to dwell together in unity. May the church arise harmoniously, victoriously and brilliantly to light the way for the lost and dying world around us. Jesus, You are my one desire, to walk and talk with You constantly, consistently and contently all the days of my life here on earth and into eternity. In Your precious name, Amen.
